We had an amazing stay here. Staff very friendly and location was right near a good street with restaurants and a large park. Room a great size too and having a squeegy in the bathroom is a great idea. Would highly recommend 😊

What definitely needs to be improved is the attention and responsiveness of the staff. The main manager was friendly, helpful and ready to solve most of the issues on the spot, however when he was not around the staff members were not responsive at all, they were busy watching movies on their mobile in the reception area. One night AC did not work and this couldnt be solved and no other room was available. Another day I had to wait for over 1hr for hot shower as the staff forgot to switch on the geysir. Another day I had to wake up the staff to ask for breakfast despite arranging it the day before. Also, when I left the laundry I got it back after 24hrs soaking wet packed in a plastic bag with musty smell, some items to be thrown away. So generally this is a neat and comfortable place but lack of effort from the staff resulted in some struggle every day and this definitely needs to be improved.

I stayed for 3 nights and have some mixed feelings. What I liked was the location, very close (walking distance) to many food options and in relatively quiet area. Also the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.

Normal wear and tear expected of a 3 star hotel but nothing that would be considered a negative. Breakfast is meant to be included but there is no offer from them to give it to you nor do they knock or inform you.

After going through every review of every property in Islamabad, they all had terrible (and even fake) reviews such that even the Marriot had a bad reputation. This was the only place without any bad review and it lived upto it. The rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and even gave us the family suite upgrade on the first night as our booked room was unavailable. They did charge 2000 extra but it was fine given how nice that room was. Would recommend this place to anybody as clean, spacious and right in front of the F 10 marketplace which was lively and lots of shops. I write this review in hope it helps others who like me, are just looking for a comfortable place to stay without having to worry about filth or broken utilities.

Sometimes becomes too much noisy or sometimes becomes pin drop silence, and iron was not there too as my wife needed it for press

The stuff was really responsive and available all time , but there should be the smart TV instead of simple LED TV, and rooms should be sound proofing , the owner is really a nice man
