Not the hotel's fault, but some Map apps (such as Apple Maps and Booking.com's map view) incorrectly shows this hotel inside the airport terminal, which is not true and is why they offer an airport shuttle for a fee. It's close to the airport and good for transit or catching a flight next morning, but if you're planning to explore Islamabad, the city center is a bit far away and there are not many shops nearby.

A relatively new hotel near Islamabad International Airport - about a 10 minute drive. Since it's new, the rooms were clean, and the staff there were very friendly. Internet connectivity was fast, and the Pakistani style breakfast served was very good too. A nice place to stay if you are staying for transit, as it is close to the airport and very quiet since it's in an area still being developed.

washroom does have basic facilities such as toilet paper, and Muslim shower had leakage, Room also don’t have tissue paper and Water bottle.

Toiletries were missing, only shampoo was available in the washroom (no soap). though it didnt matter much. there is a small kitchenette with the room, but no utensils. pillows were a little hard (but it could just be me)

Location is close to the airport, like 10mins drive. its secure. which is a good point. staff was friendly and helpful. Food was okay. its a new establishment, and they are trying to be of good service.

While this is a new building, the bathroom layout is appalling and more suited to a 20 dollar guesthouse. The location is not that close to the airport that it is superbly convenient either and hence need to consider travel time and value for money depending on what the rate is.

I did not stay long enough however I can confirm the air conditioning, wifi and hot water worked I cannot comment on breakfast as had to depart to the airport early

Toilet had huge stains. AC flooded room. Bathroom light switch not yet installed so had to leave light on. In the first room the pipe from the bathroom sink just drained on the floor so your feet got yet. It’s a brand new hotel and staff were nice but it’s not designed well

No mess service was available.... Although i checked many times at the time of booking that they have a mess service or not.... Breakfast was included in the package but it was so pathetic.... I was travelling with my little kids... It was so much difficult for me to get them anything to eat. If they don't have the kitchen/mess service they shouldn't mention it on their page/website. You should be truthful.

actually its not a purpose build hotel. Bathrooms are really small and looks like shower are just added behind the doors. Their were no pictures of shower/washrooms on booking.com . Price was too high for 2 star building .Lift was not working. Only one person was on property due to Eid Holidays. Even though they mentioned free airport transfer but they charges Rs.1,500/- each-side for 2nd room passengers. (they provide 1 car only ). They don't even accept credit card. Need proper bathroom cleaning aswell. Whole area was under construction. May be after one year it will be alive.

I have travelled with my family there, everything was great. the staff was very co-operative. Due to Flight issue we have checked out 3 to 4 hours late but they haven't said anything neither charged us extra. Best thing is it is very secure.

I stayed there for a night with family, I dont even know there is something in kitchen like cattle, and didn’t use it. I asked them to boil milk for my children. I checked out after two days they called me and saying there was an electic cattle and you broke. And start saying you are laying. Who knows if it is there or not? Who knows they broke it and called me? Who knows it was broken already? Such an unethical behavior. What they want to say I have never seen these kind of things in my life? Such a lame and miserable behavior by staff and hotel management, I will never ever recommend anyone to stay there and get yourself ashamed
