The quality of food was at best average. Due to its location and accessibility the guests have no option but to dine in the facility. The cooking standard is barely satisfactory. This aspect needs definite improvement

Roomy needs to clearly indicate that the access to this property is through a flight of some 90 steps..... It is not possible for seniors to climb these stairs. Although the staff chair-carried my parents up the stairs every day, it was still difficult for them to climb down. Roomy needs to make some proper arrangement for access to the property.

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I have not experienced a host that was this cooperative and accomodating. The services (in fact super services) provided do not compare with any other stay I have experienced. My humble gratitude to all the staff there.

Reaching the hotel was a nightmare for older members of the family - although this place is supposed to be a family stay point. No signage on the way from Kalabagh to the hotel. We got lost as there was no internet signal as you enter Kalabagh and this made it very difficult to reach hotel. The road to the top or the drive way is very narrow and is in a very bad shape - not good for the cars. The toilets in the apartment are very small especially the shared one. Would be better if one more toilet is carved out for the third bedroom to give good privacy to all family members. Internet connection wasn't very good although it works. Can be due to the area but see if it can be improved. Windows in the bedrooms are fixed with nails as some are broken. Needs to be repaired or renewed. In pictures the place looks elegant but reality is slightly not as much.

The road leading to the top needs some repair as it is a bit steep. Need some improvement for the driver rooms so they can also relax after the long ride.

Me and the family had a great stay at Gali's End by Roomy. The 5 bed room villa/apartment was very clean and we had a great view from the top. The food was also good. The team of Basharat, Muneeb and Abdullah under the leadership of Hamad were exceptional and they ensured that we enjoyed every moment and on our request also setup a Live BBQ and Bonfire for the family which was great food and a nice experience in the breezy weather. The team here was always available for all our needs and were just a call away.

While our stay at Galis End was largely positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. The property has around 80 stairs, which was a bit challenging. Additionally, the parking area was less than ideal, and the steep slopes made it difficult for our car to manage.

I recently had a stay at Galis End in Nathiagali, and it was wonderful. The cottages are beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. The place is clean, and the staff is exceptionally cooperative and kind. Breakfast was quite good as well. I highly recommend this place and will surely come back.

Though our room was very spacious with kitchenette. The bathroom was terribly small, barely any space between commode and shower space. And no place to change. Also there were barely any options for breakfast except eggs. It would be nice if they have a dining place and a small buffet breakfast can be offered.

The entrance of the property is too rough (safety), even for a 4x4. They have to work on it, and during rains, it might be a bit risky. They should build/repair the ramp/road by a good engineer and even provide steps on the corner of the ramp.

The beautiful location of Kalabagh. The staff was very helpful; (Hammad & Basharat) took care of everything. The food was delicious. They have a standby generator, too!

The only negative is the road to the parking of the property. It is very steep and not carpeted so the car slips on the sloop however the guard and the boys working at the hotel facilitated as much as they could.

The location is absolutely stunning and the building and architecture is exquisite. Loved the view and it was very comfortable. The most important thing is that the staff is extremely friendly, cooperative and welcoming. Syed Hammad was there to coordinate with his staff to facilitate us. I would highly recommend this place for a getaway.

The heater in the room was not able to bring up the room temperature. The entrance door was not able to stop the cold wind from coming inside. There was a leak in the bathroom's muslim shower which caused the floor towel to get wet. The sockets were loose and we had to fiddle with them to get the lamps to work. There were frequent electricity problems, but it's a good thing that the bathroom light was part of the backup power.

The hotel is located in a very nice place and is isolated. The weather is amazing in winters. The staff was helpful and the food was also good, albeit some of the food options mentioned were not available, but the taste was good nevertheless.
