Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

was informed the mini bar will be refilled every day, my stay was for 2 days and my mini bar was never refilled despite informing them couple of times they kept saying staff will come to refilled the bar. my washroom gaouns were never replaced it kept hanging in the washroom as it was taster my first use.

Verified reviewI booked a private suite to relax and meet friends with comfort as reception area of the property was small and crowded all the time. However, i had no comfort throughout my stay as building work with heavy drilling and hammering noise was going on under my room through out my stay even at the times when i was sleeping early in the morning. Complained about many times to hotel management to stop this or provide alternative suite. However, neither they stopped building works nor they had any alternative suite of same or higher standard to change with. Was very surprising for me as i never had such a worst experience of a 4 star hotel. This hotel does not deserve to be 4 star, as the hotels without any stars are better than this! Waist of money, Not recommended! Avoid at any cost!!!

Verified reviewBreakfast is a variety of food, fruits, snacks and beverages. Good quality prepared meals. The workers are courteous and supportive. Very good security measures. the premises are well maintained and the complementary items in the room is a plus.
At arrival one of the concierge staff picked bags from my colleagues even from the one behind me except mine. I wondered whether it was an act of segregation since i am black.
