staff was very welcoming and cooperative. we even spilled coke on sheet and they were nice and okay about that. plus provided us w anything we asked on spot.

I liked everything but a little suggestion for the owners that washrooms should have both western and indian commodes available, as some people don't use western commode in public places ( hygiene concerns).... Also shower should be available outside bathtub too.... Warm water was a little issue first 2 days but later solved so no complains....

Rooms were spacious, airy, clean, well decorated.... Bed linens were clean (+ point)... Staff was hospitable.... Food was tasty and available (whatever I ordered)... Overall stay was comfortable....

Some staff are extremely unprofessional, some with no sense of the hospitality industry. so staff was a big letdown, especially Akash. The night staff reception and security were v helpful. Plus, i was charged more than the bookings final price. I'd be happy to pay taxes just add it to the final price shown to the customer, not add hidden charges at the end. Keep the charges upfront like the rest of the world.

It doesn't have lobby, if you want to have meeting, you should use nice coffee shops in gulberg street. But this item may not be so important for families or others

Good place and in the city centre, if you are traveling for business, in Lahore the most of companies are near Gullberg street and I. This holet you can have better access to them. The crow were friendly and flexible

I booked this hotel based on previous reviews and I found it even better. The cleanliness is amazing. Everthing from linen to sofa is exceptionally clean and fresh. A room at this price and facilities is hard to find and that too in the middle of the city. Moreover, this room also had a minibar with all the beverages. Loved my stay and would recommended anyone visiting lahore.

This is my second time staying at this place. I will chose this place over and over again. Rooms ambience is sooo nice. Little plants 🌵 on the table. Great amenities, beddings, linens were fresh. Delicious and fresh breakfast was served in the room. The room was spotless, no disturbance. Staff was so polite. They helped me get my luggage off from the taxi to my bed room. We felt secure and comfortable. Also their pricing is sooo good for the deluxe and family room. Totally worth it.

No lamp working no soap a washroom bedsheet are not clean i have book a room with a nice picture but totally different room ...Room number 506 Breakfast are not complementary and booking.com breakfast are complementary they charge the breakfast..i m very disappointed this time...1st & 2nd experience was good but this time not a good so leave the hotel just 1 night stay ... Not recommended...thanks

Staff wasnt co-operative and they were liar. Used Baseless Points to Justify Themselves in several Points. Like Room to Power of the AC is Locked and cock has the key and he is Asleep. I ordered Rice, later they came up with the logic that Kindly give us Money we have to Buy Cup of tea from outside for You as we dont have change.Like if you want money then Directly Ask Us that Its our policy Kindly Pay Us. It totally Showed that they dont have trust on their Customer and Customer will run away with 400 500 ruppee. There were many things Like that in which they treated like I am a child and I cant observe anything. I will never use Royal Luxury Now.
