Room was super cold. They wanted me to pay extra when I already had booked this hotel at 9k a day. No heat with that 9k price in non season days.

Stayed here twice on my way to and back from Hunza. Clean, updated, and good value for money. The location is right next to the main bazaar and the view is amazing. I will stay here again.

The location is very good. Just next to the main road but somehow the compoung feel secluded and so peaceful. The view is stunning, unbeatable. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Beautiful cottage. Mr. Basheer is very helpful during my stay. They arranged for bbq dinner as requested even though it was a last minute reservation.

First of all the location and atmosphere of the property highly appreciated, Swiss style wooden cottages new design on mountains is admirable. Highly cooperative staff specially MR Rashid, Mr Bashir, Mr Muhabbat Khan. Keep it up!!! Surely will come back again. And recommend to stay here.

The view from the cottage was amazing. We were surrounded by mountains and the garden made us feel like we weren't right in the middle of the market and city. The owner made sure all our needs were met and called us to check in to see how our stay was going. The staff accommodated our every need from late check in to super early check out.

As it was cold outside during night(+5*C) rooms very chilly, luckily they had extra warm blanket. As i was sleeping first floor, then heard second floor people walking it felt very very noisy.

Good location and very nice garden area. Great that hot water was available during chilly morning. Staff was very helpful with everything.!
