Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Other guests were a bit noisy
The location its perfect its close to metro and trams. And its located in an area with alot of restaurants and grocery stores. Super easy check in and check out. Was comfortable and clean.

Be aware the kitchen is tiny (a small room for an eight floor building) and very scarcely equipped. There was a small issue the first night because they sent me to the room where all beds were occupied and then allocated me to a six-bed room even though I paid for a four-bed room, explaining there was no availability. I asked to change to a different room in the morning and they did, giving me two free drinks to smooth things over. There is a pretty generous coworking space with plugs but there’s always music around, and given its proximity to the bar area of the hostel, it was always pretty loud, sometimes excessively. If you need to have meetings, it’ll be a bit tricky to navigate the noise, but not impossible.
The place is clean and modern.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here with our family and absolutely loved everything about it! 🏨✨ The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist – we truly felt taken care of. The breakfast was excellent – delicious and varied, with plenty of options for both kids and adults 🍳🥐☕. The hotel’s location is also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Our family trip was even more enjoyable thanks to this hotel. We highly recommend it and would gladly come back again! 🙏💖

Reception people should be more smilingly dealing the customers. Because i have seen them too serious. Sometimes they are feeling too irritating.

Not a single cup to be found in the kitchen. Limited cutlery and only 2 plates. I would give this the highest rating otherwise. This is a big problem. There is a water boiler but no mugs. The other guests in my room had soiled the toilet and did not clean after themselves. The cleaning crew also did not attend to this and it was disgusting.
Convenient and cheap. Open front desk at 4AM. Nice and helpful staff.

No glass for toothbrushes. One handwash in the bathroom, you should transfer it to the shower for using.
Clean, minimalistic, there is public parking next to the hotel. Very simple, but for one night it was enough. Good breakfast.

The Matrass and pillows are far from being first class. There is no single glass in the room, not to mention an electric kettle. Such a thriftiness of the management of the hotel is too much, and I believe this is wrong (I travel a lot throughout Poland and the first time I encountered a hotel which does not provide glasses or cups for its guests). Checking-in is complicated., the guests should enter the information into the computer themselves; understandably it takes quite a time and creates a line.
The room and bathroom are clean.

No air con, breakfast a bit basic and advertised as 10 euros per person. If we'd paid 30 euros for what we had i'd be annoyed. It was included in the room, but maybe we shouldn't have taken it and accepted the lower room price and gone elsewhere for food.
This place was around 20 mins away on a tram from the old town, and maybe the same from the central station. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but its fine to be honest. You can walk to Warsaw West trains station (that links to the airport) in about 15 mins, which was a bonus. Staff were nice and helpful, room was "ok", the furniture is metal which can mean its quite noisy at times if you bump into it. Breakfast was ok i guess but it was quite basic. I think it was slightly too expensive in hindsight for what is essentially a hostel with private rooms. It did a job for us which was fine, but i'm not sure i'd choose it again.

It is a great budget version while still being modern, clean and comfy. The location is very good - nearby is a metro station and you are still in the centre.

Breakfasts do not cost their money. Better go to the nearest zabka and buy the same way cheaper. It was strange that one day they served eggs, next day I was told no eggs today. Reception guys weee not so fast. Feels like lack of personnel. Electronic system is good but not so easy for understanding so many people go to the receptionists for check in and out.

There was no personal locker for personal stuff. The only option was to leave your things at the reception.
The location is very close to the business center. It takes only 10 minutes to get to any point of interest. The room was clean and with all сonveniences that you would expect from a hostel.
