Room overlooked the main road and tram lines. Noisy during the night due to general traffic and emergency vehicles. Try and book a room which overlooks the rear square to avoid this issue.

Great central location. Close proximity to a large shopping centre. Short walk to the bars and restaurants. Taxi rank and tram stop outside hotel. Modern, clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Ensuite has toilet, wash basin, shower and seperate bath.

location was perfect, overlooking the old train station entrance, right next to the Galleria shopping centre and 5 minutes walk from Krakow old town. the room was great loved the large shower, bed was comfy and enough storage space for a short break.

- small storage space, quite unaccessible due to its location on a narrow hallway - very limited space on one side of the bed - no slippers in the room, but they were provided on demand - no iron in the room, but there is an ironing room at -1 floor where you will find it - one of the front desk members who was supposed to carry out an easy task forgot about it, when changing her shift.

- clean room and bathroom, with both walk-in shower and bathtub - huge and confortable bed - extraordinary diverse breakfast - most of the personnel was receptive and helpful - awesome location (the view could have been better) - possibility of luggage storage before check-in/after check-out

A soon as we arrived, we were greeted kindly by the reception desk staff. We did arrive earlier than the check-in time, but they held our bags for us whilst we walked around the city until check-in opened- this was really helpful! The room was really spacious for the two of us and the bed was huge We were provided with bottled water for the room which was also a nice touch The location of the hotel was perfect and we felt very safe during our stay. It was only a short walk into the Old Town and the location of the hotel meant that ordering taxi's was really easy

Great breakfast, fantastic location next to the train station and very close to the old city. Free bicycles were a great feature to explore the city faster and on our own. Room was nice and clean, but little smaller than expected. Also, weather was warm for this time of year and room would warm up, not able to cool down during the night.

Great location, stylish and clean rooms - really nice hotel. Breakfast was lovely, 2 minute walk into town and next to the main shopping mall and train station - will certainly be booking again. Staff very helpful and friendly - highly recommend.

Stayed 4 nights ,but the air con in the room was poor could have done with another duvet also if you stay in a room on the roadside it can be quiet noisy with the traffic and trams.. If I stay again will ask for a room at the back looking over the square..

It was central to the city lots of shops and bars within walking distance that’s why I picked it.. Staff were great very friendly breakfast was great,

Lovely hotel in great location for Old Town and fabulous comfy beds in a nice quiet room. The staff at reception and in the restaurant Mavericks were all lovely and very helpful. My Auschwitz tour was being messed around and they were very helpful in getting it sorted. Great breakfast included with price that had a great choice. Hotel was perfect for me as a Solo guest in every way 😀

Generally speaking as I have said previously. Personally I think the biggest positivity of this hotel its the value for money aspect as well as its genuine location which places you in a perfect position regardless if you're willing to travel elsewhere by any means of transport like car, train or plane and if you are willing to take a walk you are within the proximity of the old town and plenty of places that are waiting for you to explore them
