Many stairs - it was a hussle with a buggy, no a/c or fan in the room, small bathroom

Perfect location, nice lake and not many tourists around, beautiful views, hotel feels small - we didn't see a lot of guests despite full occupation. Great variety of attractions and games organized by the hotel, mainly for kids.

The shower is not consistently hot especially during peak time. Tv channels are mainly in polish!

Hotel Anders is a very comfortable and charming hotel. Great location with idyllic grounds and good facilities

During booking we kindly aksed for queen bed, but instead there were 2 single and we had to wait for a while for exchange. Staff in the reception might be a little bit nicer :(

swimingpool, spa area and AMAZING !!! food (a la carte, we didn't try buffet for dinner).

Spa facilities mostly unavailable (booked solid) at time of visit. Large number of young children using dining facilities as playground. Not all staff au fait with wine list and service.

Great location by lake. Easy access from major road network. Large pool with sauna. Excellent a la carte dinner menu.

The internet did not work well in the room. The two internet positions near the reception area were often occupied by children who were playing games. Perhaps there should be a requirement that children using the computers should be accompanied by adults?

The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded area, at a lake-side in the heart of a forest. Hotel facilities are organized in such a way that despite being a "family-friendly" hotel (which means many children in vacation time) one can find peace and quiet. There are many free entertainment and cultural events available. Very friendly staff.
