paid parking although the hotel is located in the very suburbs of the city! no slippers in the room, so dont forget to bring your own ones if you dont want to stay in your shoes. no fridge. the last bus from the centre to the hotel goes at 23.26 on working days, but only at 22.42 at the weekends/holidays! the taxi back to the hotel should cost 30 pln according to the front desk's advice but several taxi drivers refused me before one of them accepted this price - so be patient and insist on paying this price and not more if you dont want to pay more just because you are a foreigner :)

great breakfast, big bathroom, clean room, nice front desk staff, very close to wieliczka salt mines (10mins by car), a bus stop right next to the hotel - the travel to the city centre takes just under 20 mins, the bus goes approx. every 15 minutes, it costs 2.80 pln and you buy the ticket in a machine on the bus (cash or card). the hotel is situated in a residential area right next to A4 motorway.

Some of the guests were noisy after 12 midnight which disturbed my sleep a few nights!

Staff were friendly, spoke good English and were very helpful. Lovely large double room. In room massage/ spa facilities can be arranged which I took advantage of and prices were very good.

Loved everything about hotel but found transport very difficult. Very little English on buses ticket prices are confusing and most drivers do not speak English.

Room was amazing and breakfast was good. Loved where the Hotel was situated but took me a while to negotiate the bus to and from Krakow city centre. May be a little too far out of city centre for some but I enjoyed the commute once I knew my way around,

Hotel blocks the credit card before arrival. No air condition throughtout the hotel. Awful restaurant ,Half of written in menu is missing ,food is not tasty. In the hot day there are no cold drinks. We drank warm beer. Be ready to stay half-starved. Midges in the room. There is mineral water in the room, but there is nothing to open the bottle.

Normal for a transit hotel, not far away from highway. But in Krakow there are a lot of hotels much better than this place for this price.

    Everything was great.

The personnel were very friendly when we arrived. They were always ready to help us when problems arose, 24 hours a day. When we had problems with our car, the personnel were happy to help with translating from Polish, trying to restart our car and contacting a garage. There is a good quality play area 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, with activities for children and adults! The car park is very cheap and there is a bus stop just outside the hotel with easy access to the town centre. The beds were extra large and comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. If you're visiting Krakow, you should definitely stay here!

Dining spot not a regular restaurant nevertheless breakfast is tasty and fresh. Additional fee for parking for hotel guests in spite of free access for anyone else.

Clean and quiet place for overnight stay. Bed pretty comfortable but a bit short lining for a tall person. Very close to A4 highway. Nice (7/10) breakfast.

German tourist group of elderly people were drinking and being quite loud on the hallway. You have to pay extra for the parking 10 Zloty, its ok, but in a hotel with a private parking lot it should be free.

The breakfast room was very crowded due to a big group. The staff didn't clean the tables for 30 mins. The room looked like after war. The food was refilled too late. The sweets were just biscuits from supermarket. The price 56 euros was too expensive for what they offered.

They didn't take the money for parking. I guess that it is included in the price even if they mention that the parking fee is 10 pln.

Hotel Artur is a nice hotel on the green outskirts of Krakow; it can be easily reached from the highway. We had a huge family room for the family of 5. Nice atmosphere, very kind personell, good breakfast, good and fast bus connection to the center of the city, hotel parking, free wi-fi. I would definitevly recommend it. I hope we will come back :)

Great position between Kracow center and Salt mine good parking facility nice staff good breakfast easy to be reached by Car . We visited kracow in holiday time so parking have been not real big challenge may be during working days could be challenging, I saw a tram near by the hotel but did'nt use.

It's closer to Wieliczka (10 mins by car) than it is to Krakow city centre (25 mins by car). So it's a great choice of a hotel if you have a car and are planning to see Wieliczka. But it is such a long way from the city centre that it will take at least half an hour, if not 45 minutes, to get there from the city centre using public transport.

Everything was good in relation to the price. We didn't have breakfast so I can't say whether it's worth the money.

Situated in a quite, open place not far from the highway, easy to find, good breakfast, good parking, tea facilities in the room, a pleasant view from the windows as the hotel is on the top of the hill A pleasant place to stay for 2-3 days when you go on a tour Krakow-Wieliczka by car.
