Exceptional! Located on the quiet side street very close to the airport with easy highway access. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room and bathroom are very big and sparkling clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of choices and when you just think you can’t eat anymore a smiling girl brings you tasty freshly-made pancakes. Free parking which is not usually the case with airport hotels. Very reasonably priced. Real gem and highly recommended to all travelers!

Not much because it was already good. Maybe if tv had at least 1 ukrainian or english channel because I barely understood anything in Polish language.

I like that it was close to the airport and close to many stores. It was easy to understand how to use everything in the hotel. It was clean inside and smelled good too.

Staff is 5 star , Best customer services. My wife mother and grandmother arrived early in the morning,the hotel staff was v accommodating and helpful,they were early checked in and also offered the breakfast.

There were a few things that could be improved. One is that during the night the light in the bath came on and started flashing which woke me up. I had to shut the bathroom door after this. which was really a huge annoyance. In the morning I took a shower - a quick one - cause the plug was stopped up and the water was about to lap over into the bathroom floor. The breakfast had much to be desired.

It was a good hotel to crash in after an arduous journey. The hotel is near the airport *why I chose it* and met all my basic needs.

Not really a problem, but it took me a while to find it. There is no flashy sign, and the navigation on the rental car missed it by a mile. Use Google Maps instead, it pinpoints it accurately. Also I was driving at night and the neighborhood is not very well lit, and the streets are narrow as everywhere in Europe. Don't let it scare you. :)

A very nice basic hotel for occasions when you need to stop for the night on your way from or to the airport. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet, with helpful friendly front desk staff who speaks decent English. They charge a little fee for a breakfast buffet, again nothing fancy but fresh and tasty, totally ok when you are on the go. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, there is a park nearby in case you have an extra hour for a walk.

Poor soundproof but this is common problem for almost all motels, guest houses and even hotels in Poland.

No elevator. No A/C in the small room, but there was a good A/C unit in the hallway that could cool the room by leaving the door ajar.

The price was wonderful, and the staff was very nice. I stayed in 2 different rooms, and they were very clean. The staff let me keep some of my bags in the office. A short walk to the bus stop with buses every 10 minutes to the bus transfer station - the city center was within an hour travel by transit.

No air con in room, but corridors air conditioned, so left door open for a period while I was in the room to cool it down.
