The staff at the reception could give a little warmer welcome and goodbye. It was not clear where is the pool reception and how to get there.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel with wonderful facilities, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food. Nice spa and pool area. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel open every day. It is easy to park on the street for free. The room was clean and spacious.

The pool was brilliant and so was the breakfast. The restaurant, next door, served fantastic food, it was only a little bit pricy as for polish standards. The room decor was somewhat outdated, but still clean, so no issue there. The location is great too. In general - highly recommended.

I requested the gluten free bread, and it was available only on the 1st day, 2nd day the lady in the restaurant said there is no more gluten free bread, and I had to buy it on myself in the zabka' shop nearby. Rooms are small, and standard is more like 3*. Windows were dirty.

The location was nice. The place offers swimming pool and sauna, but we didn't have time to use it.

The pool was only open later in the day - it would have been nice to enjoy a swim first thing in the morning.

The hotel is ideally located close to the rail station, and is thus the ideal place to stay in Nowy Sacz. The decor in the room was not new or contemporary, but instead has a warmth and style that feels comfortable and welcoming - unlike other more modern hotels that just feel stylishly soulless! The room was really comfortable, well lit, and above all clean. Breakfast was good - and it was possible to visit the buffet and get back to the table without fear having your crockery cleared away when your back was turned. Water for tea was properly hot - which is also not something to be taken for granted. Staff were lovely - I felt very welcome in this hotel.
