Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel is nice and check-in was easy and nice. Room was quite big and the beds were comfy, A/C worked fine. I liked that car park was actually gated and locked at night. Breakfast was super nice, lots of choice and not big enough belly to fill. Hotel is not in the center-center but you can walk or rent a scooter where the life is going on.

Despite getting menus on the terrace, the waiters never came to take our order, so we had to go inside to order. Nonetheless, the food was lovely, definitely recommend trying!

If they ever update get a hard floor like laminate or wood etc makes it cleaner

The hotel is very clean, rooms are a decent size, not big but not small either. Bed was comfy, towels provided, shower gel etc. Kettle in the room, and set of tea/coffee as well as water. Clean.

The location is a bit far from the city center but if you travel by car, it takes only 10 minutes to get to the main attractions. One area for improvement, though, is the training of the staff servicing the breakfast and working on the premises in general. It would make a HUGE difference if these hard-working people (who do an exceptional work at keeping this hotel clean and comfortable) would acknowledge the arrival of the guests with "hello" and a little smile. Unfortunately, this was not the case either with the waiters or the parking staff or the cleaning staff. Please train your staff NOT to avoid eye contact with the guests and smile back. It would put your hotel at 10 rather than 9 that I have to give you because of the staff training issues.
The hotel has modern light decor, is very clean and smartly organized. Good AC, comfortable bed, good shower facilities. Very nice and fresh breakfast. Free private secure parking.

This modest hotel in Poland offers exceptional value for money, especially at its current rate of under €50 per night (though prices are set to rise from July). While it’s clearly not aiming for luxury, it delivers everything you’d reasonably expect—and more—for a comfortable overnight stay while travelling. The rooms are compact but cleverly equipped. Each one includes air conditioning via an efficient air pump, a kettle with tea and coffee, a small fridge, a TV, and a surprisingly comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom is modern and clean, with a good shower. It’s a practical and well-thought-out setup, perfect for travellers looking for rest without frills. One of the standout features of this hotel is its in-house restaurant. The evening meal I had was genuinely excellent—flavourful, well-prepared, and easily on par with dishes served in far more expensive establishments. Breakfast is also available, making it a convenient one-stop choice for a night's stay and a fresh start in the morning. Parking is available on the hotel grounds, which is a welcome bonus for those driving through the region. Overall, while this isn’t a destination hotel, it’s an ideal stopover: clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and offering outstanding food. I would gladly stay here again.
