There was water dripping through the elevator shaft. It was quite scary. But the elevator worked all right. The beds weren't comfortable, but for a night stay, it was all right.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom and there were hair on the shower head. The shower is not well made, because no matter what you do, there will be water spilled outside of it.

That is just 1 elevator for a big hotel, we was with a stroller and wait always a bit longer to get from 5 floor to entrance, since it always stopped in every floor. Is also a system that you need to use the hotel card to activate the elevator what make it more safe but don't seems to be needed to be honest.

The location was good, not to far from city center and we could walk everywhere without problems. The hotel is simple but good, bed was very confortable and we had a nice stay.

The hotel itself is a little tired and there's some stains on the walls, mattresses, blankets and pillows. This isn't the fault of the staff, though, more of the hotel itself. The owners should invest more money. -TV remote was filthy, but I think this is a common thing in hotels.

All of the staff were extremely accommodating, and friendly. Check in was easy and requests were granted. Cleaners came daily, if required. All the staff spoke good English. The bed sheets, towels and pillow cases were clean. Good budget stay! Best location in Szczecin to stay in. Overall, I would stay here again.

The breakfast was a buffet. It was ok to fill the stomach but nothing special. I found it was a bit expensive for what was offered.

The hotel is not quite 1 km distant from the main train station (walking distance) and the location of the hotel is convenient for doing some sightseeing.

I wanted to get something to drink after returning late in the evening but wasn't able to get even a cola to take to my room as the bar was locked and the person at reception said they didn't have access to the key.

It's what you expect from a Campanile. In a good location with a good sized room. Ideal for people who don't plan to spend so much time at their hotel but also expect a reasonable standard of comfort.

The water in the shower was very sulphuric each time the shower was taken. A coffee cup at breakfast was other dirty/stained/not washed properly or just old; but once the staff was informed the fresh ones were brought. It could be nice to have some international TV channels.

It’s one of those moments when kinda everything is okay but still, it could be much better. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is lit, very convenient and easily reachable. There are plenty of spots where one can eat and also do some grocery shopping on Sunday.
