Sofa bed instead of double bed, so not really comfy, but it was fine for two nights.

The bedroom was a bit too small for the bed, there was not enough room to get round it. We are both in our 60s and one of us had to climb over the other when we needed to get out of the bed so not ideal. No bottle opener!

The location was great, walking distance from trams, buses and old town, cafes and restaurants. It was easy to pick up and drop off the key from the office and communication with them was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the shower gel was replenished upon request as it was empty when we arrived.

Building was a bit warm for me, if you are a light sleeper you might hear the tram in the morning

Friendly service at key collection which is in the opposite building, fully equipped kitchen/bath, received an upgrade, you could open the large windows and simply relax or work, supermarket and drug discounter are in the same building. As it's not a serviced apartment you know nobody will disturb you and you can keep valuables in the room.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Was possible to check in and out earlier / later. No extra fees for a dog. Balcony is another plus. WiFi without problems. Supermarkets / restaurants / dentists/ barbers all of a kind are just in the building. To the old town - 10-15 min walk.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Warsaw. 25 min walk to Old Town Market, 300m to Metro station. I especially recommend to those who travel with dogs - there's a perfect green area next to the building (on Andersa Street side).

Initially the apartment we were given was seriously overlook by glass fronted office block, the bedroom was ridiculously small, with bed touching both walls, also smelt of smoke.

Fantastic City Views from the 12th floor, good neighbourhood restaurants and shops, only 20 mins to walk to old town, metro and trams close by.

We came as three families (2 adults and 2 teenagers in the family), rented three apartments for 3 days and all of them had broken sofas/beds. Should be periodically reviewed and repaired or replaced. Two separate blankets should be prepared for the teenagers, only one was prepared, but we agreed at the reception that they would give additional covers, because there were blankets in the rooms, but they were not covered. Parking is confusing. It is necessary to provide a diagram in advance so as not to get lost on which floor and where the corresponding one is. The price for parking could be more friendly.

Good location, nice staff, close to the old town, the largest shopping center. Everything can be reached comfortably on foot, taking a walk and admiring the city.

Wifi was a bit temperamental but otherwise no issues at all.

Nice, clean, spacious, simple but comfy beds, had everything we needed for a short stay, plus a great location. Short walking distance to the New and Old Town, close to trams/buses, about 10min walk to the nearest train station (Dworzec Gdanski). Additional bonus - all facilities around the corner, supermarket literally downstairs, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants, including kids fav cat cafe.
