    Sorry, there isn´t anything

This house is excellent located, very charming modernised and comfortable. The stuff is really helpfull and makes you feel home. The kitchen is excellent, we really enjoyed the food. You also get a good and rich breakfast. This place is really worth the Money, and cheap as well. We all considered that if we come back to Jelenia Gora it will be this place

No elevator (presently under construction), and the room service is somewhat spotty (got some not-so-nice towels we took to the baths). Bring your own soap and shampoo.

This hotel served fine as a base for driving around the region. The area was a old-school resort with thermal baths, one of which is within walking distance. Staff was good, and the in-house restaurant was exceptional. Hotel is a bit of a work in progress, as they are refurbishing it currently. Old late medieval building and they've added a lot of art decco metalwork. Picturesque neighborhood (across from old palace).

The receptionist knew nothing about entertainment in the spa. At the dance evening we were sent to Jeleni Gora, where nothing was. But at the spa they dance in several places ...

A beautiful design hotel right on the spa promenade, prices are moderate.

The price could do with dropping just a bit.

Two single beds joined together instead of one double, noisy fuse box in the room

Check in/out process could have been smoother, but language barrier.. Neither check in or out person spoke English.

Early breakfast, simple but nice buffet.

Not very clean. Little carpet was not hoovered. Soap was dripping in the shower. Bed was making noise every turning... also quite it was narrow. Very little window. Only one polish channel in TV.

I love central location in Cieplice Zdrój. Also room was quite big. I like antique furnishing.

They should use toasters in the breakfast. Tea and coffee for guests should be available.

    Friendly staff
