Do not forget to prepare for swimmingpool in your room. The swimming pool area is not very large and is missing standard equipment so it is hard to change there. Ex. There is no bench in the changing room, no sink, no hangers for towels. Also you can not wear hotel slippers there, the floor is wet and you are going to slip like on ice.

Great, great kitchen and bar. It is worth to drop by for for dinner or refreshments on every occassion. There is very nice water in the swimmingpool. Very polite and helpful staff.

We had to pay 10€ per night for parking in the hotel car park, the night before we left the pool guard scratched our parked car in the hotel car park and after all she said, she did not have to tell us that she scrathed our car, because we would never find out? Like what the hell? We paid for the carpark where are cameras included, thinking the car is safe and then she tells us this? So in the end we must be lucky she told us, she damaged our car? Staff of the hotel in paid car park? Outrageous. I spent an hour filling paperwork about the accident and next day she called me on hotel phone,that she wants to see me and to make a deal? We had to go to SPA to find out she wants to pay us cash and not claim through the insurance and after consultation with my mechanic, he said the repare would cost 150€, she tried to offer us a half for her mistake. In the end we left and happy to finally leave the hotel as this experience ruined the whole trip and stay in that hotel.

All nice and neat. Good breakfasts, tasty restaurant on site, liked the SPA warm water in swimming pool was top, steam sauna also available.

Other tenants were very loud at night slamming doors and running in halls around 2300 hours.

Beds for kids are not very comfortable (folding beds) only. Kids under 14 years old are not allowed to sauna or steam room even with parents. Kids under 14 years old are not allowed to spa area without parents. Private parking lot costs additionally 40zlots per day and it was not mentioned in booking.com

• 🏠 The rooms and the entire structure need to be refurbished. We're not anymore in 2001 • 🛏️ Bed is comfortable and large but one small pillow as only choice does not look customer friendly • 👶🏻 In some moments of the day the relax area is invaded by screaming children and what should be relaxing it becomes an amusement park

Really clean, good location, fabulous Spa. I had the best Spa treatment by Kate. She was amazing! Great view from the room balcony. Room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was a good choice

The room was comfortable and spacious (it was Double ....that's probably the reason ;) ) - a lot of storage space and places to put the open luggage on - instead of just lying it on the floor - the heated floor in the bathroom was very pleasant ! - the view from our 4th floor room were green trees with a river flow sound

I bokked too many rooms when I bokked it it said free cancellation. Then when I tried to cancel room they did not refund me and said it was no cancelation policy.

The staff, especially the bar tender gentleman was extremely unfriendly. He seemed like he hated his job or us or everything... but certainly very unpleasant. The other hotel employees were not friendly either but not as bad as the bar tender.

No chairs or sitting area by the pool, so all the kids were running to rest into sauna relax area, where beds are available ....

The play room for kids was cold :( well equipped and kids loved playing there but it was cold.

The restaurant was fantastic - it accommodated our gluten free family so well! The spa area with the pool was great, we used it every day, very good spa as well! Generally super happy with our stay in Crocus!
