We checked in late and after 10pm we wanted to buy some water from the hotel fridges. The lady at the reception denied me and my friends the possibility of purchasing any drinks, because she claimed that the we wanted to do it past the reception time (from 7am to 10 pm). Later we came downstairs to get some fresh air and there was a male staff member doing check into other guests, they asked for drinks and he allowed them to buy. Seeing this I asked him to do the same thing and he agreed. I must say I was really disappointed from the behaviour of the first staff member. When we entered our rooms, those were cold because heater was turned off and it was very cold outside

The position of the hotel permits to stay close to the airport. The taxi booked through the reception staff arrived on time and with a competent driver.

There are no services such as hair towels, hair dryers and shampoos. The items are very old. The bed is very hard, the same as an armchair. The bathroom smells.

Its location and transportation are convenient. Employees are interested. The street where the hotel is is very cute.

The breakfast is too expensive though. You can find a place to eat for much less money and it will be equally tasteful. The room was not very clean and it was a bit loud in the night.

The location is good if you need to get to the airport. There is no other amenities available nearby so don't expect to have much to attend to. The breakfast is tasty and the choice is quite nice.

poor quality of room. Door of wordrobe not fit properly, whole in wall between room and bathroom. Very small room and most important preasure under shower rubbish. Dificult to clean yourself. Wifi have problem with signal I use my data on phone, much faster and reliable.

The location, everywhere to walk was very far, the hotel is placed in the end of nowhere, the roads around are in very bad condition, the rooms very small and not comfortable at all, the beds very old I guess they remember the second war time and the smell in rooms was awful. There was rubbish behind the beds. In the hotel were working lot of Ukraine staff which have no knowledge of English at all. The picture of hotel online is so different in reality

There was a young lady who worked at the counter who was extremely rude for no reason, tried to charge us more we we only asked for a room that didn't smell of smoke and refused to answer simple questions (can we use the pool, what time is checkout), discrimination. If it wasn't for her it would have been fine

When I tried to eat breakfast the first day, I was told to go to the lobby to buy a breakfast ticket. When I went to the lobby, I was told that I could not buy a ticket. When I asked why, I was told it was closed. When I asked why it is closed, the receptionist just yelled ‘Because it is closed’ at me in front of other guests. It does not say anywhere in the hotel or in the regulations that you must buy the ticket the day before.

Nice quiet villa neighborhood. Close to park/forest. Coffee at the breakfast buffet was good.

No one is available at the reception desk before 11:00am. I requested them to make a photocopy of my air ticket & COVID-19 report but the charged me €1 per page that was awful.
