This is purely to do with other certain thoughtless guests not taking their snowy shoes off like most did in the well prepared porch entrance , this then making the floor and carpet area wet for other guests . It is pretty obvious if you aren’t used to this that when you see other shoes and coats in the porch and other guests taking theirs off that you do the same . Some humans need to be housetrained. This is not the fault of the host but the guest themselves. Even the dog that stayed with one family was great and wiped its paws!

The property was ideally located for Nosal Ski centre for us. The host Greg was superb, assisted in every way and also gave ski and snowboard lessons at a very reasonable price . The booking was easy and contact with the host when having quarries before our trip were always answered promptly and well. The property is traditional Polish style and cleaned regular and well . The facilities at the property were great too . Thank you for such and enjoyable stay and your help throughout.

    No negative experiences

The staff was really helpful - we have arranged a lot of details successfully via the booking.com platform and on the phone. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms was perfect. There are some really enjoyable restaurants nearby with plenty local food choices, all within a short walk distance.

I would appreciate some information regarding organization of bus transport (bus station is few meters from the house but to travel e.g. to Kuznice (starting point to Kasprowy wierch), you need to change (or as we did to walk there).

It was very nice, clean, comfortable. You could find everything needed in the common kitchen. Reception is not there, everything is managed via email information. I got some questions before out stay and got the answers very quickly. Overall, it was great. Also some very cosy restaurants were close and the rush of the main street was just far enough.

Annoying smell in the bathroom of smth wet. In spite of being informed about the area of the room, it appeared to be veeeery small even for two people. Even with closed doors and windows we've heard everything happened in the first floor, like crying children or talking adults.

Very polite and kind hosts. Greg & his wife gave us all the information about slopes and transport we needed. Warm room with kettle, glasses & plates. Comfortable kitchen on the first floor makes possible to cook everything you like. Very close to the Nosal ski slopes.

*the fridge in the kitchen was too small to fit all guests' food. *the halls are a bit stale smelling * the wifi stopped working two days out of 4 we were staying there (it was fixed on the last night)

The room was clean and freshly renovated (including the bathroom), The furniture were "in mountain style" which added to the atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped and practical. Lounge & mini-pool room are a bonus. Sheep grazing outside the windows were fun to watch mornings and evenings

Some man came up to us in the living room on the last day and demanded 2 Slotys pr person for a "Local City Tax" - seemed very scamlike and was not a pleasant experience as we had not been advised of this previously anywhere. If it was true it should have been posted on the site/in the verification email for the place. Would not have paid the "fee" if not for my fellow travel mates who did. The fireplace did not work (air intake seemed broken) - and the livingroom was very cold despite it being summertime. The place is hard to find, a sign would be nice.

Place is super cozy and rooms nice and clean. Checkin was great even though the place does not have any reception or staff on site. Beautiful setting and great atmosphere.

    The room was small.

There is a spacious kitchen equipped in everything one may need. There is pool, tv, fireplace and nice place to sit together with friends. Very nice place, value for money. It's far away from the hectic centre of Zakopane which in our case was a pro.

Rooms are not very big :(

    Quiet place right near Nosal.
