The location of the hotel is just perfect - very close to the Market Square (Rynek). The breakfast is also very good, great variety and good quality. Very friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff.

Excellent location close to old town, most of tourist attractions within walking distance. Extra bonus for free bikes. Rooms are spacious and enough room for clothes etc. Breakfast room nicely decorated and breakfast itself has a lot of choise. If one has own car, Hotel has parking both underground and outside.

Room was spacoios and well equipped, bathroom was perfect, it really feels like a 4+ star hotel, and I can say I have a professional eye about that. A little wear and tear here and there, but still bearable, renovation will be due in the next years though. Breakfast was superb, perfect quality, great variety and good coffee too - espresso machine available. Location is awesome- right across the street from the old town, just awesome.

When we arrived there was a smell from bathroom, but after 1 day it dissappears.

Hotel is located practicaly near city center (old square), can be reached by walk in less than 5 minutes. Hotel offers undergound parking for cars. Administration was really nice. Even arranged for us a round city tour by small electric car. Breakfast was top quality. Room was prepared for baby in very friendly way with a lot of toys and colorful tent.

Location, cleanliness, facilities, price. The old town is right across the street. If you drive, there is a place to pull in and park, too. Pretty cozy, now that you are downtown Wrocław.

The hotel is in an excellent location a few minutes walk to the rynek and walkable to everywhere. There is also a tram stop right outside. The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and the breakfast was varied.

Crib and toys were in the room ready for our little boy when we arrived. Such a lovely touch. The bottles of water given daily were ideal too. Great location, only a short walk into the main town and close to tram line

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We requested a crib because we were traveling with our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and not only did we find a crib, but we also found toys, books, plates and utensils, a baby bathtub, and a bathrobe for babies. It was a great surprise, and the little one had a lot of fun. For us adults, the room was perfect—spacious, clean, with natural light, good design, and a perfect temperature both during the day and at night. The staff and the breakfast buffet were exceptional. And the location couldn't be better! Right in the center of the city!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in the city center. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, exceeding our expectations. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, which added to the positive experience. We anticipated less, but the comfort provided by this hotel was truly great.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big king sized bed and modern bathroom. The hotel had a private sauna you could book for yourselves which I would definitely recommend. The location of the hotel was excellent- not far from the airport bus stop and within walking distance of Market Square, Old Town and tram lines to take you wherever else you might want to go. I very rarely write reviews, but we were so impressed with the quality of the service and amenities provided by the hotel, that I had to write one! Will definitely be back.
