No safe,nobody was willing to help carrying the suitcases up the staircases. Breakfast tasteful, but extremely small,the smallest we had in 3 weeks in Poland.Personal not friendly. Bathroom extremely small.

The establishment is more apartment building than hotel, that being said, the rooms don't have kitchens and aren't serviced during your stay. So you're unable to get fresh towels, more bathroom products, etc.

The ceiling lights didn't work properly, most were lamps and it seems the plugs weren't great, as the lamps would cut off on their own. The decor is a bit exhausted, but in keeping with the building.

great view, friendly staff, awesome location. The rooms re small, but well put together, so got everything accessible. Bathroom is clearly refurbished and great shower - good water pressure and temperature.

Only potential thing to be aware of - no elevator. We were on the top floor so lots of stairs with luggage!

Location was great, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/do (old town, Solidarity museum, Amber museum, walk along river, found great bakery etc). The Crane was under construction at the time of our visit. Area felt safe walking around during day or night. Also had great breakfast and dinner at associated Goldwasser Restaurant - delicious food, attentive/friendly waiters. Restaurant interior very unique. Restaurant and our room had wonderful views of the river. Room was comfortable and clean.

Carrying luggage from top level to the ground floor, taking shower was a problem in a poorly set out bathroom, sloping ceiling made shower rose inaccessible for an average size person.

Breakfast was only two options, and more expensive that neighboring restaurants. They will clean every day, but only if you tell them you want cleaning. No elevator and apartments are 4 to 6 levels above restaurant.

Great apartment - very historic setting. Great restaurant for dinner with good service and food. A bit on the expensive side and they made a mistake with our reservation but made up for it with extras. The location is fantastic!

Beautiful decor and absolutely stunning views over the river. The team were great, very helpful and the communication was great, too. The only minor issues we had were the bed - the frame wasn't too stable, and the slightly unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom - but due to the fact it is a historical building right by the river I guess it's just the way it is :) Overall great stay, we will be definitely coming back.

One of the managers who welcomed us on the arrival was not helpful at all. Even though we have choosen the pay at the property option with the credit card. He insisted on the cash payment with poland currency it was bizarre! It was not a practical help at the end of the day !

Being on top floor the shower was not high enough as my partner is tall. But over all lovely and a nice little bath. House keeping came on first day and she didn't come in as we were in room. We left the sign to have the room made up but she never came back.

The bathroom was really small and even though I asked before we arrived about a hairdryer it was not working and unfortunately nothing was done about it when I reported it to staff.

Location was excellent, the room was clean and lovely decorated the balcony gave us brilliant views across the river. We only ate in the resturant once and it was a lovely meal and the waiter who served us was very attentive.

Room's furniture demands some renovation. Bathroom was a little bit smelly time to time due to ancient plumbings - it's probably anavoidalble in the building over 100 years old.

Keys were to collect in the restaurant which this apartement is part of. The staff was helpful. To get to the room after 11 p.m one is obliged to use back door.

One small downside was that the shower screen was quite small and so water would end up all over the floor after showering. Also, as the property is old, there is no lift. It didn’t impact us but may not be suitable for those less able to walk/carry suitcases up stairs, although the staff were very helpful in helping us to the room.

Perfect, central location with friendly staff. We stayed in the Motława apartment and had a lovely view from our balcony of the waterfront. It was slightly noisy in the living room at times, but it was as expected for such a central location. The bedroom, was cosy and everything was clean. The complimentary water, tea and coffee was a nice touch.
