There should be more variety of food in the restaurant. Also it wasn't that delicious.

While we didn't mind it, the large bed is two singles joined with separate duvet covers. We arrived during a quiet season and there were car spaces however it is quite a small car park and you are charged approx E10/day. Lastly some softer tissue roll is needed for the bathrooms!

The staff were really wonderful! There is a lovely small bar area and the pool and spa were so peaceful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. It is close to the main street (10min walk) and the train station (5min walk). If you are lucky some rooms have a great view of the mountains!

The rooms were very hot but if you opened the window the hotel is right on the road so it was very noisy !! Children in the spa throwing the decorative large stones In the pool whilst I was swimming. No lifeguard or cameras? It would be nice if after 8pm or even 9pm, the facilities were adult only, just for one hour of the day. There was a lot of screaming and noise in the pool which I could hear during my massage. Having to pay for parking we paid £310 for 2 nights surely you do not need to charge more for parking !

Location was good, spa was lovely. The hotel was very grand looking. Staff were very nice . The food was lovely - breakfast was amazing.

We loved everything about the hotel. A fantastic location very close to the coach station. A beautiful hotel, so grand. Fantastic staff and a beautiful spa and pool area. Very warm, especially after being outside in the snow. We just loved everything and will definitely recommend this amazing hotel. What luxury.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom so it was super steamy there after showers and our swimsuits didn't want to dry.

Our room was very nice and spacious, bed was big and reasonably comfortable. For the first time ever in a hotel, I have seen an offer to choose a pillow of your liking. If you prefer some memory foam, an orthopaedic pillow or some other, they do have 6 different kinds to choose from. The pool and saunas are a great addition to the hotel. We recommend these. They are a fair size considering the size of the hotel. Three different kinds of sauna and a cold bath are available. You are not required to wear a swimming suit or a towel. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of products. Great sweet breakfast choice with many overnight oats, desserts, yoghurts, freshly baked waffles, etc.

This place is grand without being pretentious.. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, from assisting with heavy baggage to organising an early breakfast for us to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Lack of air conditioning in some rooms, they don't tell you on Booking.com. it was a huge disappointment. Breakfast not as nice as it used to be, ie not as much hot/cooked dishes (but still very good by any standard)

Front-of-house staff are some of the best trained and well mannered. Very fancy place, beautiful decorations, and architecturally, a very interesting building.

Everything. The spa was fantastic and well appreciated after big walks in the mountains. I've never been in a proper sauna before and the experience was 👌 The restaurant also was brilliant. We intended to eat elsewhere and never did.
