Bed not comfortable. Okay for one night One window didn't have blinds Doors have a glass on them, lot of light gets into room when other guests use light in their room or on corridor. Was quite distracting Downside of good location is noise from outside and in summer you either sleep with closed window or need to bear the noise

Bed sheets were not fresh and smelling. I wonder when they have been changed last time. The place is located at a very busy crossing with a lot of traffic until very late night thus it was extremely noisy in the room even with the window closed. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Also, blinds were broken and it was a lot of light coming from outside

The location was good about 500 meters from the Central Station and also withing a walking distance from the historical centre. Also the instructions on how to get inside were very clear.

- The room looks better in photos than in reality. I got a very small room with a strange stain on the wall. - All rooms are in the same apartment, they have key locks, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my laptop there as the door seems unreliable. -Getting into the room involves a small quest to find the keys. To grab the correct key, you need to know your room number. I received my room number 13 minutes before check-in. At the entrance, I also saw a man who didn't receive his room number in advance

Bed too small. Couldnt sleep in it only a few hours per night. Addressed this to owner who did not reply. Surface too small for 3 rooms.everything is cramped inside Room too small and contains just a bed and a chair and a table 😏

The apartment is located next to the main street so traffic is easily heard from the room, especially in summer as now which is impossible to sleep without the window opens. The shower was stuck and water were leaked on the ground in the shared bathroom before usage (possibly caused by other guests), but there were nothing could do in such circumstance. Mattress is like sponge, super soft but not supporting enough. Recommend the apartment could provide an electric fan in summer and lubricate all the doors in the apartment, so that it would not make so much noise when opening the doors.

The location of the flat is superb, just a min walk to the metro/tram station. Walking distance to the central station and the Pałac Kultury i Nauki.

Bed are not comfortable, and we can find Bed Bug running over the wall. And dot spot of blood kill bed bug on wall.

One i like they provide washing facility and they have kitchen with cooking facility.

Absolutely everything. Filth, terrible smell, broken furniture, a shattered door, no Wi-Fi, and complete silence from the host. But the worst part — a bedbug infestation. We were bitten, had an allergic reaction, and were forced to leave a day early. This is not accommodation — it's a threat to health. THE HOST IS IGNORING ME AND NOT RESPONDING AT ALL!!!

❗️Never in my life stay here. This was HELL. I honestly don’t understand how this place is even allowed to be listed on Booking.com. We came from another country and ended up in an absolute NIGHTMARE. — The apartment was disgustingly filthy: everything was sticky, it stank, and the kitchen was a health hazard. — The furniture was broken, the bed was crooked and squeaky, the door shattered, and the glass patched with some pathetic tape — it’s not even safe to be in there. — No Wi-Fi, even though it was clearly listed. We were from abroad! We had to spend a ton of money on mobile data. — The host ignored every single message. Zero response. Zero help. Wet clothes were drying in a tiny hallway, and everything smelled of mildew. I have photos of everything, as well as video evidence. But the absolute peak of horror — BEDBUG INFESTATION. We spent the whole night killing dozens of bugs crawling out of the bed. We were bitten all over, had an allergic reaction, and had to take pills. This is a serious health hazard. We have photos, videos, bite marks, dead bugs — everything is documented. We paid until July 22, but had to escape on the 21st because it was physically and mentally impossible to stay another minute. And during all of this — total silence from the host. Booking, how can you even allow properties like this on your platform? ⚠️ I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This is not accommodation — it’s a threat to your health and well-being. I demand a full refund and compensation for both physical and emotional damage.

The room was not not clean and smelly. The beds's materac in a very bad conditions which gave me a back pain. Wall were very dirty, the table and chair was broken. The bathroom very unhygienic. The shower curtain was rotten and the shower not clean. Didn't even take a shower there.

I had a room that was different from the one in the pictures, mine room turned out small and dirty(utterly different from the photos). The walls were a little dirty. The bed was small and the sheets were dirty with spots.

Definitely do not go to this place. I called the facility representative and he did not answer the phone. I couldn't cancel the reservation. Because it said the remaining money was non-refundable.

There was no such thing as accommodation. Definitely don't go. I went there, there were some flats in an apartment building. I couldn't go to the apartment he told me. Because all the information he sent to my email was fake.
