Breakfast and spa were amazing loved the personal touches, but a stand out was the staff in particular Mieczyskawa and Miecia who helped us with transfers and even packed us a takeaway breakfast since we had to miss our breakfast. We will talk about this to others!

Uncomfortably and noisy 3rd bed on the sofa. In the whirlpool tub was a lot of disinfection, it was not possible to be here without burned eyes and respiratory tract. Sauna and relax room was amazing.

There was a leak of heating radiator in a bathroom and the toilet could flush better. Nothing dramatic but a pity, that cleaning and maintenance staff did not fix it - bot issues were obvious.

The bed mattress in the room we were in were very uncomfortable. Did ask at reception for the mattress to be changed but all they wanted to do was move us into room and charge us. It wasn't that they didn't have spare mattresses, we saw men moving them about the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The facilities were good. The use of the spa area especially. The food in the restaurant was good and at a reasonable price. We have been to the hotel before and that's why we went back.

No coffee in the room. No sockets near beds and no AC in the room

Staff-answer to any question and are helpfull. Room was big and clean. A lot of parking spaces,close to all attractions. Breakfast-huge choice to any taste.

I was here 5 years ago, and the rooms seems more outdated than before. Many little things are too old or broken like some lamps or a mini fridge which makes a lot of noise and cannot cool enough. One family member of us stayed in a single room which was located at the roof side which we regretted to take. It was way too warm there for the summer with only a small roof window. Also most staff where not so friendly and visible not happy. But somehow I can imagine as I encountered many annoying customers which also doesn't help their day. Nevertheless, our stay was wonderfull. But this is mostly because of the great restaurant, so i think the hotel should keep up some work to make it better again.

The great food and perfect atmosphere at the Trattoria restaurant was the best! From a 2 weeks trip through Poland this food was one of the best we had. We had one single room in the middle and a triple room at the end of the hotel. The triple room was above the restaurant where we could enjoy the great 70's and 80's music they were playing during the day. It gave a very nice atmosphere during the summer days. They always stopped at 23h so it was not bothering during the night. Also we could bring our doggie which was great for us and the location has a lot of green gardens and sitting places which are wonderfull to enjoy.

We had room for three and i knew that there would be two beds and extra bed, but this one was extremely uncomfortable :( Also the spa - there was not enough warm water in jacuzzi and the staff started cleaning and closing the place like 30 minutes before the closing time.

Very friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast was delicious! Room was clean. We also had dinner at this its restaurant and it was absolutely perfect!

It was stated that laundry can be arranged but it was not true. It was not available anymore. The first step to balcony was dangerously slippery due silicone based gleaning/protection.

I had some troubles with the internet connection. As I travel for work I needed to send some emails to my boss. Eventually I managed to send them, but it took some time so perhaps the WI-FI could be a bit faster.

The room is very comfortable with view to the green spaces across. The breakfast is incredible with very delicious pancakes. The staff is very friendy and helpful. They help to call a taxi to the railway station on my last day. The exterior and the interior design of the place allows very "Instagrammable" photos to be shot both inside and outside.
