    They may refurbish the doors to the rooms and sign better fire evacuation routes

    Everything was absolutely ok. A plus for the restaurant cuisine, services and its good selection of beers; especially "Elkcie" - czarny

    Our bathroom was outdated, and I heard a constant drip through the walls. The location is quite a walk away from the city center but manageable.

    Breakfast was good. Our room had a balcony with a decent enough view. Booked a spa service, which was easily done through email and the spa techs were professional and welcoming.

    The lake is on the other side of the road, and to get to it you have to walk through the territory of another hotel. This is the only shortcoming.

    Rooms are spacious and nice, breakfast assortment rich and food tasty.

    They ask for a downpayment at the check-in, before even you see the room. The photo on Booking is misleading: it has no direct access to the lake but it has a pound on a backyard.

    The price was low. Basic and a bit dated hotel with quite huge rooms. Decent breakfests, the effort to cook good meals must be appreciated.

    On our last day we had a feeling that breakfast wasn't fresh. That they used fried sausage which they served day before to create "new" dish. Wasn't great expirience. Bathroom needs to be updated as showers, sinks are looking very old. I had to put towel into the shower before I went in. Flashing tank in the toilet constantly gave some noise. During the night it was enoying as it was quiet arround.

    We like the location. Close to the leak. Parking. Small playground. In the restaurant few things for Children to keep them busy. Helpfull recepcionist and staff In the restaurant. We had a leak view as we requested and cot for our little girl. Fresh towels every day. Thank you!

    Our balcony door couldn't be closed (wasn't working properly) and they say they are not responsibles in case of theft; Plastic glasses in the room and bathroom; weird system to control hot water in the bathroom; ALMOST EVERYWHERE ENGLISH LANGUAGE NOT AVAILABLE; Lack of agreements with local companies to offer some sports activities (kayaking, water moto bike, etc.).

    Generally was a nice 3*

    First of all, staff don't talk any other language. Second, all hotel was smelling like swimming pool, room was with old furnishers. And the worst part is that I when wake up and found bedbug and marks on my body. After this, I had allergy few days. Staff wasn't polite after this accident. Really, visited many hotels and hostels and this was worst.

    I think the place is the best what this hotel has. Nothing more.

    We did spend only 1 night in this hotel, which was nice time to be there. Breakfast was very good, and children playground in restaurant was very helpful to spend evening together in there.

    We were not informed about the night party in the yard, so had the sleepless night because of loud music and voices.

    Good location,near the lake with the pier for yachts and boats. A little far from the town centre but good for cyclists. Wide, clean room. Polite staff.

    nothing much BUT beware this hotel is located a fair distance (2.5km) from the town center and bus/rail station and therefore mainly suitable for those driving and/or willing to take the hike.If you're ok with that,you're bound to enjoy the perk of a picturesque and quiet surrounding.

    quiet location amid lakes and woodland in the outer reaches of town;OK staff;good wifi;
