Noise from the hallway. Especially the annoying announcement sound from the elevator.

It was really hot in the hotel and there wasn't a heater in the room. The walls were really thin so we could here almost everything the neighbors were doing. Our neighbors were really loud in the morning. We tried to call the personel but nobody picked up the phone, so they continued with the noise...

The breakfast was really nice and the checkout time was late that was really good.

The furniture in the rooms looks a bit tired, same applies to wallpapers and curtains. For that reason feels like the stay is a bit overpriced.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay. The hotel is located in quiet nice street, however far from center. Check in was very fast and staff is super nice. Bathroom was clean and pretty.

The room was not the cleanest I've been into. Beds were tinier than usual bed, I felt like I am on the edge all the time. It was pretty cold in the room when i arrived, especially for this time of the year. There is a heater which is mounted tot he wall, but it heats very slow so it took one night to get to some acceptable temperature. Bathroom was enormously big and because of the colder. No heater in the bathroom. I am taller person and all mirrors were very low positioned for me. They have WiFi for the guests but it is very slow.

Staff was very kind and helpful. They provide invoices for company if you are coming on business trip. The food was very good, there is a restaurant where they serve breakfast and later for lunch and dinner you can order something to eat and they have very good delicious meals. In the restaurant you can pay with bank card. Location is nice for a business trip, but probably not the best one for visiting Krakow.

Nice, helpful personnel, tidy, clean hotel and room, good breakfast. The location is outside the city center, but with the good public transport it was easy to get into the old town of Kraków.

The cleaniness could be improved, the basin for example was somehow blocked, the water drained slowly. The breakfast was very simple. There is no fridge and kettle in the room.

The staff were really nice and they speak English. On request, they prepare a lunch box for you instead of the breakfast. The room gave us a nice view and the location is close to the bus stop, but a bit further to the tram line.

The hotel is a little outdated, old furniture and overall outdated look. A bit far from the city center.

Rich and varied breakfast. Transport with uber to city center was easy to be arranged.
