Value for money
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?

눉The location wasn’t that great. All my Uber drivers commented how we’re so far away from everything, but rides to the city center was only ~$8.
눇Clean. Comfortable. Good WiFi. Great shower. Excellent breakfast.

눉The rooms were very small, not like the picture. There is no big pillow in the bed, and my neck is off. The staff in the restaurant can't speak English.

눉Our room was not ready by the time we arrived (3 pm.). It took an extra 30 minutes to make it ready. We were proposed some juice instead. Juice, really? It's been quite noisy as our room was pointing to the backyard, where personnel talked quite loud. Located quite far from city center.

눉First of all, first day of my stay, I've asked receptionist to order a taxi for me for particular hour. When I came down and ask her was taxi arrived, she just call the taxi company to order some. Secondly, during my stay hotel was organized some party. what a shame that nobody told me about that, and just noise and VERY loud music woke me up. When I call the reception, everybody seemed surprised about my complaint, but they offer me another room, far away from restaurant. Unfortunately nobody offered me help to move my stuff or even brought me a key, so I need to ran downstairs and upstairs in my pj. And then I've been told that they gonna have the same party two days in row. Huge shame that they didn't thought about residents at all.

눉We have made a rezervation without cancelation with the payment at the hotel. When we arrive the money were already taken from our account. So, be carreful with the reservation.
눇It is a very nice location. Was good for our purpose but it is far of the city center about 8 km. Breakfast very good, people nice, quite place, parking free, big and safe.

눉If you wanted to spend your time in Krakow centre it was some distance. Nova Huta where the Santorini is located is classic unremarkable Soviet planning.
눇The Santorini was excellent value. The food both at the buffet breakfast and at dinner was first class.

눉There were problems with Internet for 2 days out of 4 that we stayed there for; no tea making facilities in the room which is quite irritating if you stay for more than 1 night. Hairdryer was falling apart, there was a very big group of teenagers staying in the hotel at the same time who were noisy and loud all the time; were spreading in hallways, restaurant etc and making all together lots of noise, staff did not react at all and unfortunately this stay was not at all relaxing as holidays should be and my cousin who stayed with me who was working nearby was not able to get a good sleep due to the level of noise! While making a comment about no tea making facilities in the room I was told (in a very defensive way) that 3 star hotel does not have the obligation to provide those facilities; which is fair enough but the way it was said was like blaming us for even asking!
눇I chosen the hotel due to being close to my cousin's work and I wanted a few days break in Kraków. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a local business but even then would look got something else in the area. Rooms were very clean and comfortable; restaurant staff was really nice, same for the reception staff but unfortunately a member of their admin staff that I had dealings with had no customer service skills what so ever!

눉My room was clean but the furnishing was a bit awkward, especially in the bathroom. The building's outside lighting was just opposite my window but the curtains were too flimsy to block it.
눇The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet has a lot if wonderful selections. Very good value for the money.

눉Hotel is far from the center. Some things in rooms should be fixed e.g broken and dirty window in bathroom. We missed fridge in rooms. During hot days you would miss AC.
눇Great breakfast and staff, good offer in restaurant, nice rooms, big parking place. You can go for a walk to near lake or visit public swimming pool which is just opposite the hotel.

눉No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. No bath, but the shower was good.
눇The deco is nice, Greek elements/style, but Polish feel :-) The hotel/rooms/facilities are new and nice. My room on the 1st floor was quiet, loads of TV channels, good breakfast. The location (I needed to stay in Nowa Huta and the price was good).
