Noisy placy due to traffic outside. The windows were not noise-sealed. You could hear alot från the streets. The bed was hard/cheap to slepp on, but for the price and standard it was okey. There wasn't any safecase to store importent things in. The amount of towels was one big per person, but we didn't ask about more.

The location was good and central point in the city with good connections to busses and trams. Easy chack-in and check-out. All the staff was helpful, nice and overall good standard for the price.

It was very stuffy in the room and corridors. Poor operation of air conditioners (possibly due to sudden warming). The TV remote didn't work (batteries?) and there was NO toilet brush (this is the third time I've asked for it). For one night at this price - not critical, but...

My room door had no lock from the inside (but the staff really quickly changed the room), also it was a little bit too hot in rooms, it had stains on the carpet and in the bathroom.

Very delicious breakfast, clean bed sheets, very nice and helpful staff, great location.

maybe more vegetarian on the restaurant menu, although the breakfast menu cannot be faulted in terms of vegetarian options

The staff were excellent, in my two day stay there were a number of people working in reception and the restaurant and without exception everybody was superb.. Even the bedroom cleaning staff wished me a good morning and have a lovely day

The bed was hard, lumpy and sweaty.

Had an interesting view from a high floor. The location is quite central if you don't mind a couple of tram stops - very convenient for the train station.

Acoustic isolation was horrible. I could hear every moron with siren or without silencer rushing through empty streets at night. Sleeping was completely impossible.

Location is great - very close to main railway station and major public transport lines.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the busy street. Very big noise. No problem when the window was closed. With an open window very hard to tolerate. I would gladly come back, just request a quiet room.

I had an issue which is still unresolved. I tried to book my stay through Louvre Hotel Group,but could not do it, my credit card was rejected. So I booked through Price Line , and was successful, but then discovered that I was charged twice. Somehow I paid through Price linea and LOUVRE CHARGED ME TOO!!!! I am still disputing that, but your computer system is nor working well.

location,service and overall cleanliness was good.Room had a nice view and eas quiet, although facin the street. The tea and coffee set was good and working well.The crew was good and well informed about the city.

There is a kettle in the room for making quick coffee. The kettle leaked and spilled onto the documents lying on the table. For 4 days of stay, only two small bags of coffee that were originally there. And two small packets of sugar. I went and bought it at the store, because half a pack of sugar a day is somehow indecent. The staff who cleans the room did not offer. Also after 4 days they did not offer to replace the towels. Next time I'll come with my own towel and kettle)

The hotel is very clean, convenient location. I liked the food in the restaurant, the hotel lobby is spacious and inviting to spend time there.
