A bit remote, but easy to get to some attractions by bus and we used Uber for getting into town. Not very family friendly. The restaurant offers a kids menu but there’s nothing to do with kids at the hotel - no play area or playground in or nearby the hotel.

Close to the lake. No thrills hotel but you get what you pay for.

    All fine

Comfy bed and big room with lake view. The staff were incredible. I am lactose intolerant and they went out of their way to get me special food.

The shower was awful. The shower head was at the narrow end of the bath and it was hardly wide enough to stand there. Fact that the shower curtain was sticking to my body wasn't very pleasant either. The remote control was very dirty and the fridge could have been cleaner as well. And paying for parking while you are actually staying in their hotel always gives me mixed feelings...

Location was great and so was the staff. Plus it was right next to the start and finish line of the bike challenge.

Very nice hotel. Close to the old town, and 2 large shopping malls....great view to Malta lake from the hotel restaurant...clean rooms, kind and helpful staff, very good wifi, breakfast was fresh and tasty. Fair price!

Unfortunately the entertainment park on the other side of the lake, right opposite the hotel can be a bit noisy when they have events or functions there. One could here the music and announcements loud and clear. It is just something to take note of, not a 'deal breaker' ;)

The location for the hotel is the big bonus. Located right next to Lake Malta makes it perfect for a run or cycling from your door step. We participated in an event that started at the lake so it was super convenient for that purpose. The superior double bed rooms with a lake view are really great - spacious and bed comfortable The hotel offers a good breakfast. The lunch & dinner menu offered at the hotel restaurant was simply amazing - the beetroot soup, dumplings starter, lion of tuna starter, even the chicken salad was full of flavour and the potions are great. Friendly and helpful staff It was always easy to catch a taxi, Uber or public transport. If you don't mind walking the Old Town is just 3km away and a lovely walk to and from hotel.

I think the shower/bath could be more spacious (for bigger man little bit struggle), charging visa with out asking to pay cash, paying for a dog about 12€ for a night. And no chance to smoke by window.

Bed was nice big and comfy, good wifi signal, room service, professional staff . Secured auto parking(10€ - 1 night)

Sausages on Monday morning were either old or undercooked as my partner collapsed on the way home and we have had to call out the paramedics 3 times so far. It was definately the kielbasa as this is the only thing she had all day that I didn't and the medical services have confirmed it

    Bed comfy

A couple of the restaurant staff could have been friendlier most were very welcoming.

The food in the hotel was very good. We booked 2 rooms separately at different times but our rooms were together not sure if this was a coincidence or good planning by the hotel but we were pleased. I was taking part in the long distance triathlon event so the location was perfect by the lake. The lake was a lovely setting and our 12 year old son enjoyed the safe areas set aside for swimming. There was a large shopping centre a 10 minute stroll along the lake and the old town with plenty of restaurants was about a 20/30 minute stroll or a taxi ride for a few pounds. Alexandria on reception was very helpful sorting out our transfer back to the airport.

Paying for the carpark, as the hotel is far enough from the mall and leisure complex why do hotel guest have to pay?

The hotel is situated on the edge of Lake Malta, 400 metres from an artificial ski slope and ta bogon runs. An easy 3k walk gets you into the jewel of Poznan old town, a brisk 1k walk gets you to a fully air conditioned modern shopping mall of clothes, jewelry and sports shops as well as a well stocked food hall of fast food and a small restaurant. The food at the hotel is very good albeit a limited menu. The breakfast is well worth the money with a mix of hot and cold meats, cheeses, cereals and local breads, ample fresh fruit and yogurts. The rooms although looking like something from the 1970's are spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff are very patient especially when the only words you know in Polish are 'thank you very much.'

The staff are often limited in English and it was at times challenging to find staff in the bar to order drinks.

Lake view rooms have a very nice view of the water sports complex in front of the hotel. There is a cycling and walking path around the lake, and there are a couple of shopping centres nearby offering not only convenient shops, but a number of restaurants. The hotel restaurant offers a very reasonable selection of local an international dishes, served in a pleasant environment.

Great hotel to stay. Good breakfast. Nice location for a family visit - beautiful lake right out of the window. Close to the petrol station to get some drinks and snaks. 15 min. walking distance from a large shopping center. Slightly out of the town for a business trip though. Otherwise would recommend.

Some of the reception and restaurant staff weren't as smiley / friendly as I would have hoped for. We had a room with lake view but one of the windows was dirty from the outside which distracted from the beautiful lake view.

First of all, the hotel's best days are loooooong gone. apart from freshly renovated reception area the interior is tired, dated, inconsistent and cleanliness is debatable. Roomservice does not really exist. Apart from taking out the trash nothing done, they didnt even bother to vacuum the floor. Aircon is noisy and it is very difficult to set the temperature. The elevator's hundred years old, slow, smelly and covered in dirty carpet. The parking is paid 35 PLN a day and not even paved, resulting in dusty and smudgy stains on the car.

There is really not much to like about this hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice. The rest I would rather forget.
