Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel stuff does not speak English. Girl freaked out when i asked her abt hair dryer.

Really basic. Hard bed. Small room. But in the end clean and good for basic stayover one night.
We stayed only for one night. As it is a Budget Ibis - everything is really basic. But we had good night sleep and everything is clean and working. So good for to stay for sleepover if you need to do transfer in Warsaw.

The breakfast could be more diverse. For 4 days I stayed, the menu was not changed.

No ac - it was very hot in Warsaw - not sure how it would be during the summer months. The front desk at the Budget side not fit for purpose- couldn’t or couldn't be bothered to answer simple questions.
Breakfast ok - location next to West station and only a few minutes taxi from the airport

Bed was rather stiff and pillow not very comfortable. But perfectly OK for the price and a short stay, would go elsewhere for longer stays and more comfort

- weird smell from the toilet (I was offered a different room instantly, so problem was quickly resolved) - if you decide to sleep with an open window, it can get a bit noisy outside

The room are comfortable and small, but they have everything you need. They are clean and cleaned regularly. Good wi fi. The location is very good, close to Warszawa Zachodnia station and not far from the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

The toilet was smelly and too closed. I wanted to borrow a spoon but the staff couldn't help me.

The pillows are uncomfortable and the audiblity is too high, you can hear what your neighbours are doing.

The staff spoke little to no English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a convenient location close to the train and bus station. The price was affordable and good value for a short stay.

The personel of the hotel is very unhappy with their work. They do not smile, and talk to you in a way that is not very pleasant apart from one person. The hotel is dated, no hairdryer in the room, you have to ask for one and return it to the not very happy lady.
Location was good, standard was typical for ibis budget, nothing special, but clean and pretty comfy.

The location is a bit far from the center city and old town, but Ubers are not expensive and you can use it as the public transportation is also not that close to the hotel. During my stay, there was a horrible smell inside the elevators. It's not necessary to keep staff working from this building as their only job is to refer the guest to the main IBIS building.
That's a classical IBIS structure with comfortable beds and pillows, a good hot shower and all utilities that you may need. They also have a water dispenser on the ground floor.
