The room was clean and very comfortable, with nice furniture. Very good breakfast and parking available at the hotel garage. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw by car.

I love to stay at this hotel during my travels since it has pretty great location, you can walk to the city center and shopping mall, you can find a great restaurants and coffeehouses around. Great breakfast

tasteless coffee and tea at breakfast, but they can be safely replaced with juice or milk. The floors in the room are not cleaned every day, but that's not critical either.

breakfast choices very limited, no cakes (just pasties and cookies), no omelet, pancakes, very few salads and items in general. some seemed to run out. I wont buy breakfast again here. Gym was very small and windowless, central air-cons was slow to change temperature. normally I wouldn't mind all these these but give the high price and other choices nearby, next booking decision will be tight. so either improve the above or lower the price - preferably both

very good location right, comfortable, modern, stylish, everything fresh and in good condition. room size good, the let me have early check in late check out, good view on high floor good size rooms like I asked, fast invoice. I liked room design and was very comfortable, bed , pillows, sofa, and all in good condition no wear and tear. view from breakfast was nice too on 7th floor. water dispenser close etc. It may be my got to hotel in Warsaw... but....

Everything was wonderful!

I spent a few days at this hotel. Everything was at superlative. The hotel is located on the main street, with easy access to the main attractions and public transportation. The cleanliness of the room was exemplary, all the sheets was changed daily. The breakfast was fabulous, with many traditional dishes and a wide range of dishes for all tastes. I really appreciated the involvement of the hotel team in organizing a small surprise for my wife with whom I was celebrating a special event. They were very cooperative and I would like to thank them very much for their help. It is the kind of hotel I would gladly return to in the future, so I highly recommend it.

Glass see-through wall and doors separating room from bathroom. When used the light comes through to the bedroom at night.

Great location in the center of Warsaw. It takes like 30 minutes to old town by walking or if you plan visit Nocny Market, it also takes 25 minutes by foot. Great value to have parking available in underground garage, although it costs you extra. Great breakfast! Nice modern hotel in quite fancy location, lot of activities and places to be nearby.

I was in room 512. It was quite noisy. I could hear noise from the room next door - possibly children screaming or crying. If you’re with a friend, make sure to get the en-suite bathroom that doesn’t have see through walls.

Good shower, although I’m still not sure who designs hotel bathrooms… surely the water is supposed to stay in the shower cubicle and not the rest of the bathroom? Bed is comfortable. Room is good for one person. Breakfast choices are plentiful. Coffee is good! There is lacto free, soy milk, etc.

Breakfast was great, many options, yet I think there could’ve been more sweet pastries, also no clue about that waffle machine they have - it was working a few years back, yet during this visit we were unsure of whether it didn’t work or we had to ask the staff. Also, there was a piece of something (possibly food?) left in our room when we checked in that room service have probably missed when cleaning the place up.

There is a little bit distance to old city center but if you like to walk it is ok!

Staff in the reception were so kind, the room was available so they gave us a chance to make early check-in.. The room and bathroom was clean and very large..
