The place has everything one needs for a short stay for work. The access is by codes and it is all very easy. It is clean. The location was good for my trip. There is a tram to the centre just across the street. It is up to 30 minutes walk to the centre.

The mattress was so thin that I could feel the wood in the bed. The toilet is located very close to the shower so not so comfortable.

We stayed for three nights. There was only one little instant coffee sachet each and we did not get more even though we asked (text mail). We also had to regulate a little the use of toilet paper. Does the cleaning person not know, how many nights the following visitors are going to stay? The curtains were quite difficult to draw (very hot summer days).

The place and the rooms seemed to be new and clean. Breakfast was quite good, but it would have been nice to know, if it was possible to choose a different breakfast for the following mornings. Door codes worked perfectly.

It was not very clean. Dust behind the sideboard. A bit dirty kitchen fronts. Shower was blocked and drainage was not working properly so it was a bit smelly sometimes.

I really like the location and the quiet area. Access to local shops and market and river.

The apartment we got was really tiny. The kitchenette, was not really very usable. The window curtains kept falling off.

The review would have been very good but the first room I was given had a number of flaws. The aircon didn't work, the main TV didn't work, couldn't connect to wifi. The next day put into another room where the wifi would still not work. They said they would get someone to check it out but never did.

Location is very good. Spacious with separate bedroom. Close to the main station, old town. Shops, restaurants and bars all around. Nice big deck overlooking an entertainment area. As a smoker a deck is always good but could have had some chairs on it.

No air conditioning! Unfortunately it was 30° outside during the day and ~18° atnight during my stay. They do provide a fan and the window tilts, but it was still very warm. The kitchenette is well equipped, but there is no microwave.

Contactless check-in was completely frictonless, I just got the door code via email a day before I arrived. Very good location, a tram and bus stop is about 50m away.

One of the hot plate was faulty and caused the electrical shock which resulted in cutting the power off. No body came to fix the problem.

We found the shelves in the bedroom a bit dusty, but apart from that we were satisfied with the equipment and the accomodation itself.

Commode was installed next to tiny shower cabin and had to use commode by having one leg inside the shower cabin. Its really uncomfortable and annoying. I wonder who designed it and why no one noticed or fix this issue

The toilet was totally inaccessible. It was impossible to sit on. The bed was very uncomfortable as the springs stuck in our backs. There was no light switch near the bed so we had to scramble across the room in the dark. My partner fell in the bathroom it was so badly designed. We had to move out . Ice said there were no other apartments available so we told them we were moving out and would like 4 days reimbursed. They refused. We had 2 other apartments. One was OK...small but manageable. The bed in the third apartment was also uncomfortable. I use Booking.com a lot but now.....Noone answered my queries or complaints.
