There is actually only one downside, but it's a big one. The bed is positioned against a corner of a wall, so I couldn't place my pillow against a wall or a hard surface. As a result, my head had little support and I slept quite poorly.

The hotel is located near the Old Town, making it a good base for exploring Krakow. The single room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was not very extensive, but certainly sufficient. The value for money is excellent!

Very British thing I know, but kettle in the room would be nice as would a fridge but we knew this before booking so it has not been reflected in our grading. Super place to stay.

We didn't get the safety box open until the last day despite of many reguests. Breakfast was very slim for the multi allergenic person.

Squeaky floorboards, no tea/ coffee making facilities

Clean, spacious room,with 2 single beds, and a tv, with a desk& chair. brilliant shower in bathroom. The only thing was the floorboards were a little squeaky. Breakfast was down to the bottom of the building, basically the basement. It's was nice, for a 2/3 star establishment, it was plentiful.

The walls were very thin we had a few very loud girls in the room next door who kept us awake past 3am this spoilt the holiday as we were pretty tired

We overall had a great experience here. The property is near a park and an entrance to the city walls. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is great, and the hotel even arranged a takeaway breakfast for us at the last minute, after a day trip got changed to having an early start.

I always expect a kettle in the room, but there wasn't, but tea was available to buy in the cafe downstairs. Quite noisy, could hear the people in the next room.

I missed a shelf in the shower to put my shower things.

The location is perfect. You can practically see the old town from your window. Everything in a walking distance. The room was big enough for 3 adults, very clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast in served in a room that is designed like an antique library. Thank you for the hospitality!

This is a small and pleasant hotel just outside the Krakow Old Town. The location was very good, also with a car park nearby. Rooms were clean and wifi worked very well!

Small things that didn't work well or not at all, e.g. the toilet flush (water didn't stop flowing - got better when we told the staff about it but not fully fixed), one of the power sockets, the switch for all the lights in the room (had to insert a special key in a certain way - not easy to figure out). Lack of air conditioning - it can get hot in the room during the summer.
