Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaThere were a few ants on the floor. Nothing too bad. Most likely a building problem, since the room was very clean.
It was very clean. The scenery from the balcony was relaxing, lots of greenery. It had everything you need in an apartment, even though we didn't use any of it (we only stayed for 1 night). The beds were comfortable. The furniture new. It was easy to access both the main building and the apartment door.

Poland4th floor apartment without elevator is challenging :) No microwave, no coffee for coffee machine (but there was coffee in sticks). Hard to close door to the bathroom.
Good localization, 15 minutes walking from Rynek Square, 20 minutes from Wawel castle by riverside. It has air conditioning, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, good bed in bedroom, WiFi, TV with YouTube for kids. Many different parkings around. A very good price 👍🏻

SlovakiaI didn’t like the tram line located directly under the windows of the accommodation, along with the road. My colleague had a quiet room facing the courtyard. This was not clearly described in the room's details. Essentially, you enter what feels like one shared apartment with a communal hallway, from which there are separate lockable rooms. If you have noisy neighbors, it could be a problem. Similarly, the breakfast – you can purchase it for 6 euros, but it is not a buffet. Instead, you can select items within this price range at the partner café Lajkonik, located directly under the hotel. If you exceed the limit, you’ll need to pay the difference. However, there are plenty of shops in the area, so you can prepare breakfast yourself in your room according to your preferences.
The communication with the accommodation and their assistance is very good. I think the location was quite good. It wasn’t far from the old city center, and the accommodation was situated right next to the old Jewish quarter. The tram stop is right next to the accommodation. The Vistula River is just a few dozen meters away on foot. A few small foods within a radius of tens of metres. The price-to-room amenities ratio is adequate. There is a paid guarded parking lot just a few meters from the accommodation, costing 70 PLN per 24h.

Spacious rooms, great value for money. The best location, easy transportation and supermarkets right around the corner, Katryna and everyone in the staff were always nice and trying there best to assist us. Although the temperature outside was below zero most days, it was extremely warm inside. Wifi was top notch, and the mini kitchen had all the essentials. Will definitely rebook this place

LithuaniaOne issue that we had was parking. It was written that there is parking (that being the reason why we booked this place) but turns out that they having in mind public city parking and it was hard to find a good empty spot for the car. So it was just a little inconvenient.
The location was good.

JapanThe tram passes in front of the hotel, so it is noisy. I had a little trouble with the keypad to enter the apartment.
I was able to stay in the center of Krakow at an affordable price. I rented a public parking lot nearby. I recommend that you reserve a parking lot in advance. The room was clean and I was satisfied overall.

PolandI was not impressed with the fact that there were bags stored in the middle of the hall. With clean or dirty laundry, I am not sure. It looked cluttered. The key pad to enter the building was not working in the evening or the next day in the morning.

The room was clean, and there was a very nice bathroom. Access was easy especially as we arrived very late at night, and the host was available on the telephone. We had a problem with the hot water not working - I called the host, they replied immediately, and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes - excellent service.
