I have only positive Things to sat about hotel Elektor in Krakow, very very nice big room with a bathtub. Lovely breakfast, nice and helpful staff. We will definitely come again 😁

Even I noticed that I will pay cash and I did it upon my arrival, they had already taken the money from my card for the first day. It is understandable but they asked me to pay all the amount for the xost (even they had alredy a part of this from the card) and the taken amount would return in my card in few days.!!!! It is less than a month after my return and the money (98 Euro) have not returned yet. I can not understand why they can not accept to receive for the payment the total amount minus the taken money. (it is accepted only if you pay by card) UNACEPTABLE!!!!!!

The breakfast was good. Nothing extraordinary, but it was good enough with different hand made pies everyday

The reception closes at 11 pm. If u bring ur luggages before leaving u have to get them before 11 pm. Big room but small beds i dont know why they have plenty of space for bigger beds.

Location is great its on the center after few minutes walking you are at the main center hotel is clean and staf is very helpfull.

The reception staff was super friendly but we had a problem with the enter code. As you don't have 24 hs reception you need a code to enter to the hotel, and they wrote "20903" but when we tried it was incorrect. As we noticed that the "9" was a bit weird, we tried "20803" and then it worked. I think they should be more careful and clear about this code as I don't know what would have happened if we didn't realize that we should try another options, I tried calling them to the telephone that we had in our booking but no one answered. Also, they could print the code to avoid misunderstandings.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location is excellent! Super close to the main square. The bathroom is clean and luminous. Cleaning staff very careful and attentive.

Nothing as such apart from we realised after a few hectic days that we had not had housekeeping , on querying this we were told by reception that you have to hang the DND sign on your door handle on the reverse side which has a maid on it , we weren’t told this and never even looked at the sign as we were up and about early most days . So if you’re reading this remember to hang the sign out .

Sillly thing, but generally hotel televisions are so dated/difficult to use - why not just get the same smart TVs everyone uses at home and let people use their own accounts?

Incredibly good value - we were expecting to have a compromise at this price, but it was a beautiful room in a cracking location. Fantastic breakfast as well!

As it’s in the main city centre, we did hear a lot of loud crowds in the evening so our sleep was interrupted during our stay. Not the hotel’s fault but thought I’d flag it. The hotel also had a strong paint smell.

Close to the main square and 15mins walk to the station. The room was lovely and had no problems during our stay. Staff were also friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel before check in. Breakfast selection was also good!

Not very soundproof doors very thin can hear every bit of noise. Carpets need a good clean in the rooms and the door handle was hanging off.

Loved the location so close to the main square, everywhere we visited was within walking distance.

We had a lot of luggage and could have used some assistance or a luggage trolley getting everything to our room--though that would have been difficult in the tiny elevator.

This hotel has a great location for walking around the Old Town of Krakow, although parking and even rideshare access is limited. The breakfast is amazing and reasonably priced, especially if you like coffee! The staff were welcoming and helpful. The luggage storage option for some last day sightseeing was also nice.

The room was lovely and clean with a super comfortable bed. It was also a nice size so plenty of room and not cramped at all. The bathroom was spotless and the location of the hotel was perfect and a very short walking distance from the main square. The building itself is beautiful and it's handy that it has a lift for less mobile guests. Breakfast location was lovely, in the stone cellar which was just stunning. Great hot and cold food options, with fresh coffee and the staff were extremely helpful if you needed anything.

Great location, right in the old town, 5 minutes walk to the Main Square. Very nice, old building that was renovated to the high standards. Comfortable beds, warm and quiet rooms. The breakfast was very good, a lot of different options: hot and cold. Our stay was fantastic, everything was perfect.
