The matrass was very soft. Some people like this but I prefer a brick.

Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience that pleasantly surprised us. The staff were incredibly kind and positive, always ready to help, even though they weren't wearing big smiles. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The interiors of the hotel are cozy and welcoming, creating a comfortable ambiance that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the quaint spa area. The sauna and pool, which were available to us even after typical hours, provided a private and relaxing experience that we greatly valued. It felt as though we had a little exclusive escape all to ourselves. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a good variety of choices that catered to our tastes perfectly. It was a delightful way to start each day, filled with flavors that were both comforting and invigorating. While the hotel may not boast grandeur, its charm, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities make it a very good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were genuinely impressed by how well everything came together, ensuring our visit was memorable for all the right reasons. We're already thinking about when we can return!

The sauna seems to be a bit small for a hotel of this size.

Unfortunately the indoor pool wasn't available the days we were there. The price for the breakfast was expensive in comparison with the cost of the room.

The hotel was very beautiful, and the location is ideal. The apartment that they gave us was very spacious and elegant.

No tv in the bedroom, prices for on site things like food and drink were exceptionally high

The hotel was the best I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was fantastic - the public areas (decor, lighting, cleanliness), the room (spacious, comfortable, clean, stylish), the pool area (calm, clean, relaxing, quiet). The best thing of all though was the staff at reception who could not have been more charming, responsive and helpful - an utter delight throughout our short stay.

We had an incredible stay. Mikita and Valeriia in particular were very helpful and accommodating with our questions before we arrived and the room upgrade was amazing. You all went above the call of duty to make our stay easy and relaxing. We will definitely be back soon!

Nice small hotel in a center of the city. Well decorated for X-mas, calm and clean. Caring and helpful personnel. Dog friendly. Cosy room, big and comfortable bed. Breakfast is reach and tasty, may be a bit too "international", with a limited touch or local quisinne tradition, but overall superb. Coffee is perfect. The hotel is highly recommended to stay in Warsaw and enjoy Polish traditional hospitality!!!

The spa / pool was very small and with 4 people the space was already crowded.

The staff were very nice and the room was available and ready at 11am. The room was also spacious and clean. We had a terrace but sadly didn't get the chance to enjoy it as it was raining.

1. difficult to get into parking, had to keep requesting staff to take me each time in the snow. maybe parking cards can be introduced for guests, to avoid rushing staff out each time? 2. no substantial vegan food options, we had to eat out the entire stay. please consider this as the hotel is centred in the capital city where many vegans reside and visit!

It was very close to the old town, the aesthetic and christmas decorations was very welcoming, warm and luxurious, the bed was extremely comfortable, staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly (good english speaking as well), good quality hygiene/bath products and it’s great that the hotel is pet-friendly.
