Everything was ok.

After 30 kilometres of walking around Gdańsk and to Sopot all the way by the Baltic sea, my accomodation at B&B Molo was awesome 😇 Natalya arranged cards for my room and our communication was easy and neat. Thanks, Natalya for everything 🙏😇. My room was warm, clean, bed comfy, water hot..all I really needed 😇. Bottled water regular and mineral, tea, kettle, TV (I watched and had fun watching Terminator in polish 😁). I didn't care about view on close app building because I have enjoyed in the view for all day. I booked B&B because of Sopot location. Beautiful town😇. Store is close to get some things, coffee and food places as well. In the morning, tasty breakfast and pleasant lady in the kitchen prepared food and coffee, tasty salads, cheeses, meaty products.. continental self-service breakfast. So, definitely recommended 😇

Very good hotel. Great customer service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The lady in the reception was very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is good - very near Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Sopot 👌

The only thing I can mention here is the noise from the corridor that was bugging me and my dog when people were passing by or simply taking. I think it should be more quiet on the appear floor.

Personnel is very nice and caring. I felt welcomed every second of my stay. Location is great - close to the forest, the train station, city centre and walking distance to the sea. Rooms are good for the price we paid. The Ladies prepared festive breakfast for the Easter. Was really nice. Pets are welcomed so you can travel with your furry friends 🙂

The room looked different compared with the one showed while booking. There was no hot water in the first day (contacted staff, no response received), however next morning there was hot water available. Some things in the room needs fixing (e.g. shower holder and toilet paper holder is not working). The welcome “gift” that you receive is available only if you arrive until 4 pm.

Walls are quite thin and I could hear all my neighbors, some were partying until 11.30pm. The kettle in the room had very short cable and I had to place it under the desk in order to plug it in. I received a message about a 'welcome gift' (a glass of wine) to be picked up at the reception. There was nobody at the reception when I check in at 7pm which makes this promise fake. There was no shower gel&shampoo. Only a hand soap.

The apartment was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is very good, located close to the main street but you almost don't hear the noise.

During self-check in the staff did not pick up the phone, though the late check in was comfirmed. It was written in the instructions for the self check in to call provided number. We've tried for around 20 minutes to call outside the building, when the other guest arrived who let us in. In the morning lady at the reception explained that she was sleeping and did not hear the phone ringing. It was a lucky coincidence that random guest let us in, otherwise we would have to sleep outside.

Nice room for the low price.
