The main problem was the size of the room. Our family of four hardly fit into this quadruple :( Although the staff informed us, that an extra bed doesn’t fit into this particular room (we had to use the small sofa for 2), we still were unpleasantly surprised by the smallness of the apartment. It would be perfect for 2 people, I would say. I also recommend to the owner to get new towels - why not to choose dark/black ones, if you don’t want to use bleach? It’s stylish, practical and will fit the interior, which we liked :)

The location is perfect!!! Very nice view out the windows into the tranquil pine forest. We liked/used the pool, too. We found everything we needed in the room - even a toaster and coffee/tea +sugar, that’s just great! Two mirrors in the apartment worked good for us!👍😀

At first floor you better keep the curtains closed, the view is to car-park. Not sound-proof. Smoke from barbeque comes to rooms. Towels need to be washed in vinegar, they smell bad.

Room 14 was a 35m studio at first floor. The flat is in very quiet area far from city hassle. The residence rents bicycles which was nice. Modern and neat flat. Nice and helpful staff working there.

The bedding was not good. The comforter wasn't clean enough. Secondly, please keep a couple of door mats specially in bathroom and bedroom

Nice place, ideal for trips with children. Although the room is small for 5 people, it is cozy and warm. In the morning you can walk to the bakery for breakfast and coffee, walk along the pier or the beach and watch the waves - in the winter months there is no one there, just peace and quiet with lots of seagulls, crows, ravens and jackdaws.

The foul smell of sewage from bathroom. The mattresses and bedding were very thin.

The host is clearly a creative person, there are great ideas, like the pool, hammocks and bbq areas as well as bike rental- we loved the cycling and Hel is perfect to move around on bike! Good with children. The kitchenette is small but provides everything to cook or store food.

I cannot imagine squeezing 4 people in the quadruple room, with two people you have to sometimes coordinate your movements. Room definitely lacks a balcony. Early checkout.

Amazing location, quiet and peaceful, right on the dunes and in the forest. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. The room was tight and basic but clean. Easy checkin. We had a great time.

There are a lot of construction sites nearby which make the nearest area quite ugly but fortunately i couldn't see them from my window. Also the walls in hallway and parts of the apartment are made of raw plywood, not sure if it was intentional or cutting corners but to each their own!

The apartment is spacious and has a nice view of the dunes and forest. The bathroom has everything you need. There is also a small kitchen which can be quite challenging when cooking for two but at the end it was all right. I was there with my girlfriend in winter and the place is well insulated so we didn't freeze at night. Overally pleasent.

Double bed very uncomfortable due to thin mattress, swimming pool rusted and canopy torn, balcony tiny (and insufficient for the enjoyable BBQ experience touted by the owner), sofa bed not working, WiFi also so poor it was unusable. It was almost £300 a night.

Great location with good rooms and everything you will need for your stay ( heated floor included). You can walk through the forest straight to the wild beach from here. Didn’t have a chance to experience the pool but it is because I was visiting during winter :) Will definitely return once it is summer.
