The room was opposite the dining room and near the reception, which meant a lot of noise - which echoed due to the tiled halls and lack of sound insulation.

Décor was good. Clean room and bathroom, with nice complimentary hot drinks and water. Bed was comfy and staff friendly. Good location, about 10 mins walk from the Old Town. Tram stops nearby and a handy shop on the corner.

Noisy roommates that could be easily heard from the landing on my floor late at night. I found clothing belonging to previous occupants e.g. hairband beneath bed, pair of socks down sofa chair. The breakfast provided met my needs, but was very basic.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent room. Each day, teabags, water and fresh towels are replaced and refilled. On my last day, as my flight departed late at night, the hotel allowed me leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out. They kept my luggage safe whilst I enjoyed my last day in Krakow. This was very much appreciated. The hotel decor is also a highlight. Regarding location, everything is in walking distance and it couldn't be better. This is one of the main reasons I chose the Old Time Hotel for my stay and I wasn't disappointed. There is a Zabka, 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel if you're looking for snacks and drinks.

A nice hotel in the city center, with old-fashioned design. There are handrails in the bathroom near toilet and shower, I didn't need them, but I think they are quite useful for people with limited mobility.

The staff were EXTREMELY helpful. I had a later train and a lot of baggage with me, and the woman at the front desk the first day told me just to let her know if I needed a later check-out and it could be arranged. The following day the man at the front desk helped me plan my trip to the train (with a household's worth of baggage....) and then helped me change the SIM card in my phone himself (actually went to go find a tool to do the switch!). Beautiful hotel, very cute--gorgeous lobby with record player and chandeliers. Very convenient location, will come again. 10/10.

Bathrooms are ok - but I would definitely love them to be a little more fresh (they already seem to be a few years old and start to look "used"). Also I think they should be equipped in more shampoo/gel bottles.

Location is excellent - fairly close to the city center (approx 10minute walk), but at the same time a little on a off side (so it's quiet and there's no problem with parking your car - although outside night/weekends you need to pay for it). The rooms are nice and clean.

It was exactly what we expected an old time hotel...modest, quiet, and comfortable. Staff with Marek on reception , were attentive and courteous, rooms very clean and with comfortable beds. The breakfast was simple, healthy and more than ample for choice and variety. Don't expect modern hotel trappings...Old Time doesn't need them...the hotel is just right as it is. .

Everything is absolutely perfect. The interior is gorgeous , I felt like I’m in a castle . I liked it a lot and moreover next time I will definitely be in this hotel because it is amazing . It is near railway station , only 10 minutes to go. So you don’t need a taxi to get there .
