The place is beautiful, located in a refurbished old apartment house close to the Wroclaw Old Market square but far enough so you don't hear the usual busy noise. Rooms very clean. Very nice bathrooms :-) Staff very nice and helpful. Great value for money.

I booked the hotel on booking.com and price that was offered to me was 100 Euro cheaper than what I had to pay on my bill. Such a situation happened for the first time to me. Relation price to quality of the room and service are absolutely disproportionate.

    1. Very professional person responsible for cars issues. 2. Very good standard of a breakfast. 3. Good decision to separate a toilet from a shower.

Our room was on the 1st floor at the front of the hotel and was not very sound proof. The noise from vehicles passing the front of the hotel was constant all night and meant that it was difficult to get a good night sleep. You could also hear the guest in the adjoining hotel room having a conversation on his phone.

It’s location was perfect close to the main square and it’s interior was modern in its facilities and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Firstly room was very small and dark with building work and builders outside my window on scaffolding. Secondly, the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything my neighbours were doing - using the bathroom, their conversation, TV, snoring and unfortunately making love - I had to purchase earplugs. In short - if I was staying any longer than two night I would have switched to Art Hotels. Also I only had one pillow and one teacup was glued upside down to the saucer (why??).

The room felt clean, the location in the old town is excellent, and there is tea making facilities in your room.

I expected a bit more from the breakfast.

Super well located hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. They gave a gift for the Easter break to all guests, very kind. The breakfast was not exceptional but good enough. Everything well organized and pleasantly set. Room was clean and tidy, nothing to complain. I would totally recommend Hotel Patio for an excellent stay with a good value for money!

I got a room with an odd window in a common corridor. Curtains were not thick or dense enough. I could see through the curtains into the room, from the corridor, when lights are on.

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful environment and great location near town square. Extremely convenient with many food choices in the area. Very big bathroom, love the shower.

The location of the hotel was great - right next to the old city. However, there was no woow feeling for the hotel... and staff did not really care whether the guest is there or not - more occupied with their own things. The breakfast was good choice, however, the room for breakfast was packed. The room was really spacious and clean, but the fitting... not too comfortable. So, all in all - you can have a night in clean and centrally located hotel, but do not expect the good afterfeeling or memories.

The Wi-fi is spotty. There is a lot of noise from the street, and it went on most of the night. Breakfast is very over-priced. The food was not being replenished as it should have been, the items that should have been hot were cold, silverware and napkins were hard to find. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

The hotel is really clean, and located right in the heart of the city. The Old Market Square is just steps away. Our room was small, but they have it arranged so you don't feel trapped or like you are constantly in the way of your spouse. They offer parking and I suggest you pay the small fee for it because of the convenience.

You can hear anything happening in the room next door. Walls are so thin that we could hear not only the person talking on the phone but also the person on the other end of the phone. We were informed that the room had a bath but the shower facilities were also provided, not quite as the shower handset is fixed on the level of you knees. It would cost nothing but make a big difference to have it installed on the right level. The bed was quite short and half of it taken by large pillows, not the most comfy sleep for a tall person above 1.90m height.

Our light went off, we reported it and all we got was ok and was in darkness all night. At least, someone should have come up to see or check why the light went off and if it's something that couldn't be fixed at that moment, they should have communicated with us and even give us a lamp rather than leaving us in darkness, treating us as if we do not matter.
