There could have been more available computers for guests. Even one would have made a big difference.

The location on Wroclaw's Ostrow Tumski (Cathedral Island) is safe, quiet and unbelievably beautiful, amid ancient ecclesiastical buildings and gardens. The breakfast room/restaurant has a lovely view. The staff are extremely professional and also very friendly.

The price is somewhat higher, booking.com offered 94% cheeper option (this is not a typo). The card used for opening the room worked only for the first time, for the second time we had to go down and ask the front desk for repair. Some people may not like the furniture. The drawer of a table was locked and the key was missing. There was no fridge and the safe was also missing.

The bed was rather comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet - the loudest hearable sound was water flowing through the central heating system. When we turned the heating off, the silence was absolute, quite incredible level of quietness. It was nice to have all those small stuff ranging from soap through shampoo and body wash to small sewing kit in a bowl. The hall is very nice (and so is the glass elevator). A chaple is also a nice feature. The staff was helpful and professional.

The hotel is located at the heart if the Cathedral Island, a major magnificent tourist atteaction. The hotel is about 20 min walk from the city centre (Rhenic). Great. The hotel is names after the late Pope so expect a cross n bible in your room, for same reason the atmosphere is really calm and ambient. My rooms was spotless clean, with a nice spacious shower, comfy bed etc. The stuff were very pleasnt and helpful, the especially i would like to say thankyou to Ludmila my waitwess in the dining room. The morning breakfast was fresh, varied and great service. only thing that was missng was a gym, but there is a gym located not too far from the hotel. The value for money is good and it does really take u into the atnosphere of this cathedral and culrural town.

It was a bliss to arrive at this hotel after a long ride! We all loved it! It is a very, very beautiful hotel and Robert, the clerk, is the best! He was waiting for us and he was very helpful and very kind. The breakfast is the BEST I've ever had and the staff is all super. We really would like to stay there more days and whenever we go to Wroclaw we will stay at this wonderful hotel for sure. We will never forget Robert and the breakfast! TOP! Miss you!

The view from the room, but I didn't come here for that.

I used this facility specifically because of its location close to a concert venue I came to Wrocław on purpose to attend. For that purpose it was perfect. It is a standard facility with nothing very special on the positive or negative sign. The price was a particularly added bonus.

Windows were very dirty. Aircon has to be switched on/off from reception. Mattress was very hard and made up with 2 single sheets for a double bed. Shower didn't really drain so you had to pause to avoid flooding, very annoying. Door handle was loose. Draft made doors rattle. Powder based "juices" were disgusting.

    No curtains on windows.

Nice location, but probably 15mins from city centre.

The room was dark with no air conditioning, no fridge, no tea and coffee making facilities. I went to the cafe bar to get some coffee and the young girl ignored me completely, so I went down the road to get coffee elsewhere. Later that evening, I went to the bar again for a cold drink and the same thing happened. I was the only person at the bar and she walked past me twice with no acknowledgement whatsoever. There is an information laminate in the room for guests to read that is inaccurate - it states that breakfast is included in the room rate, but it is not. There was not one English spoken TV channel on the TV, yet there was in the lobby, albeit with the volume really low - usually one news channel is available. The shower was great, but the toiletries were poor.

The location is beautiful across the river from the market square and hustle and bustle of Wroclaw, yet only a 10-15 minute walk away. The public areas are beautiful with some lovely features.

Great location - very central but absolutely quiet! Short walking distance to any place in the Old Town. Free parking was possible in the street. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. The atmosphere is a bit like in a pilgrims' place but overall very nice, and staff is so friendly.
