You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LithuaniaThe owner was not seen, we had to ask other visitors for help. The room was very basic as well as the bathroom. The lights were blinking in the corridor and was visible through the glass panel door. The house is near a busy street, so a lot of noise.
Accommodation is great value for money, although quite creepy.

Easy to access place - very convenient check-in . Toilets and showers were clean. Maybe can install some towel hooks in future - people will appreciate that.

PolandNear room number 3 there was a faulty motion sensor. At night, the motion sensor constantly turned the light on and off by itself. This was accompanied by a loud clatter. Didn't sleep for half the night.
Basically everything was fine. But the motion sensor in the hallway, which by itself turned the light on and off, almost drove me crazy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

NorwayMotion sensing lights in hallways and toilet blinking for every step is very annoying, , all water is chlorinated. Beds could be more comfy , metal piping is cold. To get there need cross very busy 6 lane road
friendly staff, tho not speak much english. roomy common kitchen with washing machine, fridge , gas cooker and microwave (tho micro is hard to figure out) , good wifi once you find out which password to use

FinlandI didn’t like it at all; it had a strong bad odor, the beds were very uncomfortable, and my daughter couldn’t sleep for a while due to the smell. It’s not a suitable place to stay, especially with family.
The price was affordable, which was the only positive aspect.
