This place is incredible. Overall condition of the property was excellent (cleanliness, resources, comfort, etc). The place is very well located and it was easy to get in. The host was very responsive and supportive, I would definetely recommend it.

Minor problem with shower, cold and hot water hard to regulate

Location and atmosphere , only 10 minutes walk from the main square, grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops etc. all nearby. The apartment was very well appointed with a wonderful kitchen/living space in the basement. Ideal for our group of 9 people.

Can't think of any criticism at all Slight problem getting messages to host via Booking.com. 3 or 4 emails sent but Margaret didn't get them. For some reason never arrived

8 of us were visiting Krakow for a running event, we booked due to the properties location close to the trams and a short walk from both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Margaret was fantastic with her communication and was even kind enough to book a tour for us on the final day. When we arrived we realised we had got the whole building, four floors of high ceilings, large rooms and a huge kitchen. Fresh coffee from a machine was an unexpected bonus. None of us could find fault with the property, if there is a group of you and this building is available, book it, you won't regret it!!!

Dom Pugetów is in a perfect location approx 200 meters from the old town. Seven of us stayed here and as one of my friends put it "we've hit the jackpot with this place". This property is huge. There are 6 air conditioned bedrooms with comfortable beds, a lovely sitting room and dining room with beautiful brick vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need, including an ice maker! We are hopefully going back to Krakow next year and hope we can book to stay here again :-)

Everything was fantastic, if I was to add a suggestion it would be to have a TV in each bedroom, but honestly, we didn't need it, there is a large TV in the dining area where we could all meet.

We had a fantastic stay, the property was amazing, rooms, were beautiful and unique. We were a party of 6 ladies so we had an apartment, bedroom and bathroom for our own personal use. The location was perfect for us, it as quiet and we all felt perfectly safe. The kitchen/dining area was wonderful, everything you need e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee machine. There was even outdoor seat and chairs directly outside the property where we could sit and relax and meet up. I would highly recommend for large groups, you will not be disappointed. The host Margaret was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, we had a minor issue and she had someone round within 10 minutes, problem solved within a couple of minutes (thank you so much). Krakow is a beautiful city, people are friendly, food cheap and wonderful. Can recommend the Italian restaurant next to the apartment: II Calzone. Can't wait to go back.

I wouldn't change a thing.

We were forced to arrive late due to heavy traffic on our route; however, our host was very understanding and helped to arrange parking at the nearby site. The rooms were huge and elegant. If you want Old World luxury and charm, just off from the city center to allow for easy parking, this hotel is perfect. I will tell all my friends and family to stay there.

The place is stunning, with plenty of rooms, a lovely kitchen and excellent vibe. Was here for a stag party, and the groom to be couldn't have been happier. It's wonderfully located halfway between the old town and the Jewish quarter, and is really really impressive.

Host was outstanding. Arranged transfer from the airport and some tours. Met us a the apartment for check in. Could not have been happier with their responsiveness. The apartment is perfect for a large family or two small families. One note, they do not list having a washer/dryer, but the apartment does have one. It was an added bonus.

It was wonderful to have a place where our family was able to be together but each had his own space. This house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. perfect for a large group.
