Restaurant was excellent and it was ideally located

Our room didn’t have a fridge. I only realised the higher priced rooms had them when we arrived and we were unable to upgrade.

Exceptional location, very close to city center. The rooms were not big, but were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The yard was also nice to relax.

Modern and nicely designed hotel with very friendly, supportive and professional staff. Central location and paid parking on site - which made arrival very convenient. Good communication on the phone too.

What put a dent in the one night stay was the Friday DJ set (organized by the hotel itself) that ended at 22.00. We had a room on the 3rd floor with windows facing the hotels yard and the DJ set was so loud, that even with closed windows you could just hear loud music in the room. Not just the bass even, the set. As someone who was looking to rest up in the evening after the day of travel - needles to say I was upset about but a) too tired to go downstairs and make this my problem b) the set wouldn’t be stopped just because one person can’t rest up. I informed reception next day that it really wasn’t ok.

The rooms are small but well laid out. Staff very helpful. Tablet controls all functions in the room which had more options for lighting and ventilation. Rooms also super quiet.

Amenities were sparse - for example, would have like Kleenex and I hate it when there is only one liquid soap for hair and body!

Everything was high quality

I stayed 3 nights at PURO Hotel in Wroclaw Stare Miasto for work in August 2025. It's a reasonably priced hotel with comfortable rooms. The check-in and check-out process was easy. It's close to the town square by foot, which made getting lunch or dinner convenient. The breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend that to everyone!

I wish the bathroom was designed slightly differently. The shower area has an open access, which meant water spray got onto the floor of the main bathroom -- annoying. I also wasn't confident if my air conditioning was working or not -- I never felt air flow from the vents, which meant it felt a little stagnant in the room at night. I typically like a little bit of airflow while sleeping.

Clean, stylish and comfortable

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, there are some lovely vars and restaurants nearby and only a few minutesxwalk tontgexsquare. The decor was pleasant and tge hotel was clean. There is a beautiful garden area which is very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast. Great to have free use of the drinks machine in the reception area.

Everything in the room is controlled by a tablet, in the first room we went in the tablet did not work properly so we had no air conditioning and we were extremely hot in the night. The staff were very helpful and we changed rooms which was better. The air conditioning definitely worked better (especially on night 3) however the bathroom underfloor heating didn't work in either room meaning the floor of the toilet and sink area stayed wet too. Even the do not disturb function didn't work on either tablet, we just got an error message.

My son loved the bed!! He slept really well. I liked the room itself and the service in the restaurant was excellent

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I’d prefer if there was a coffee machine in the room instead of having to go to the lobby to get a hot drink

Great location — right in the city center but still a quiet neighborhood. Super comfy beds, and the breakfast in the hotel’s garden was such a nice touch.

Check-in could have been a little smoother — since the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, we waited in the lobby but didn’t get an update once it became available

Very well managed and organised hotel, close to all the sites in Wroclaw! We enjoyed our stay, the nice breakfast and the free coffe/tea all day!

What a nice and extremely dog friendly stay! This hotel has been one of the best we have been with our dog. +super modern and clean room, managed via a tablet + tram stations nearby +the hair conditioner is superb + free coffee and apples + free stay for dog + available dog bowl + no disturb dog-sign for your door +free yoga class on Tuesday 7pm + 10 mins walk to old town +bars and cafes just in front at the Jewish synagogue area

There is a parking available for 100pln /day. We took the alternative interparking 40pln/day to charge our car (200ms from the hotel)

As good as usual. I know what to expect when I book Puro and always stand up to my expectation.
