The pool is on the bigger size, but jacuzzi was too small, also instead of IR sauna, there could be a steam sauna and tea or other beverages and ambient music to relax.

Room was nice and spacious, nice view through the window, comfy bed and good value overall.

Hot and cold water pressure varies every minute for some reason. This doesn’t happen in other hotels. Internet speed is not super fast I think I got like only 30 Mbps which is just about decent.

Great location, clean, cheaper than other 5 star, let me keep the same room without having to change for the new booking.

we ask room with good view, but we get a room lower floor, the room temperature is too cold, the restroom in the lobby wasn't enough clean, the front desk officer in the morning when we arrive, wasn't kind, but the rest of the stay there was a lot of kind employee.

Kids being loud in the swimming pool. Generally I don't like kids, so it's more like personal preference. I was expecting a little bit bigger room, however it was spacious enough for one person.

Everything was top for me. Everything was perfect and clean and it was worthy. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were very clean and not full of people. The drinks at the bar were very good as well and the employees very helpful. To be honest, compared to other hotels that have better view, I still prefer Radisson Collection as I have nothing to complain about.

The pool and the sauna in the hotel is way too small for so many guests. Also, the swimming pool has no heated water, so you can’t enjoy it for too long (especially with kids).

The location of the hotel is good. Close to loads of restaurants, attractions.

It is in the middle of the new centre of Warsaw but also the old centre can be reached by foot (15 minutes). There is a typical market behind the hotel. The swimming pool is well sized; there are two saunas but no separate rest area (only around the swimming pool). Opening hours are very convenient and no extra costs arise. Bathrobe in the room, extra towel at no cost in the swimming pool areas. A good collection of tea and coffee in the room.

When I returned to my room after breakfast, the technical staff was present. They urgently needed to replace the minibar refrigerator (not its contents, but the entire device). It took some time, and since they had already started working, I felt uncomfortable refusing them. However, my time was scheduled by the minute, and this situation disrupted my plans. Overall, everything was fine, but I don't want such situations to happen in a five-star hotel with a room price of almost 200 euros per night.

Excellent room with a good view, convenient location of the hotel in the very center of modern Warsaw. Breakfast is beyond praise.
