Communication with staff was not good. I sent an email the day before telling them the time I would arrive. They responded and said I would have the check-in information well in advance. I did not get it. We waited at the door, calling the property. Two days later, I sent an email, a text requesting towels, toilet paper, etc. There was no response to either. Talked to a lady at the desk about the items, but he still got nothing. The next day, I called the hottel number and was told where I could find the toilet paper. ( cabinet at the bottom of the steps)

Proximity to the train station. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice.

The only downside was that the waste in the shower did not drain, it would be advisable to clean it more often.

The accommodation was fine. The room was clean and tidy. Fresh fruit and cake were waiting for us upon arrival. Which was a very nice welcome. The breakfast was fine. Choice of both sweet and savory breakfast.

When I booked, they did not give the password number of the door for entrance and the room.that's why we wait a long time outside the building.

Shampoo dispenser in shower didn’t work and shower head was filled with calcium, so the flow was pure. House keeping should be improved. The residence would be much better with some more care

Attitude! My itinerary got changed in last moment both for arrival and departure. I did notified property management and they were able to adjust my reservation accordingly at no charge. That made our travel worry-free.

The towels though Clean were torn. As we prefer harder mattress we found it too soft for us. So we used.more the Sofa bed and used the Main bed without the Topper.

Location was perfect. Calm and peaceful stay even Bring so Close to the Main Road.The room was airy and comfortable. We we're travelling with newborn Kid and Had a relaxed stay as the room was equipped with small kitchenette available as we could prepare food for our Kid and sterilize the Baby bottles. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant for breakfast was closed but we we're provided with vouchers for Bistro Novum which was just 100 m away and had adequate breakfast Options . Would definitely recommend for people visiting with small Kids.

I didn’t like the fact that the service of the hotel didn’t clean the room every day . We stayed there 5 nights and they clean the room and changed the sheets only 1 time during all the week. It can be better if they have a reception and can ask for the service. They had only a phone number that we can ask for every thing, but it was not sufficient at all.But above all it was a nice apartment.

The breakfast was good, it good be better.👍the location was perfect, because the residence was near the university of Krakow , as i was there for work at the economic university for a week.

The shower needs some attention. The door is off its runners on ane side but also the plumbing needs sorting as the shower tray fills up and over flows. We didn't mention it because it was only a 2 night stay and didn't detract from the overall experience.

It was modern and clean. About 10 to 15 minute walk into the old town. We were recommended it and it was an amazing price so I would stay again if I ever went back to Krakow.

Not really a bad thing, just a thing of preference: The beds were too soft for me and the mattresses were moving when turning around. Our toilet was basically in the shower so the floor was wet.

The accommodation was nice and clean, the rooms were spacious (our room had two separate room-like sections). The bathroom big and clean as well. Great location with main train station only a few minutes of walking away. The room had a coffee machine, small fridge, hairdryer, they offered tea, coffee and water and there was soap and shampoo in the bathroom as well. Overall great quality for the money.

The shower head on the ceiling, if you stand underneath it, it sprays water outside the shower so the bathroom floor gets wetter unintentionally so you have to place a bunch of towels down. The safe didn’t work either, luckily my expensive items were safe

There was a problem with breakfast. There was little to no food and we had to wait for some items for a long time. Also the tables were not being cleaned, so we had to ask for a table to be cleaned before we could eat. At first we thought that it was a one-off event, however after reading some comments it clearly wasn't. The staff is clearly trying their best, however there aren't enough of them to provide a good service.

Great location, close to the city center. Welcoming and friendly staff. The fact that we could leave our luggage before the check-in time and after checkout was a big plus. The room was specious. The beds were comfortable. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in our room. We received additional coffee and tea bags without any extra charge, which isn't always the case.
