The hotel is clean and has a good location at the lake. The room was big and comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. Everything looked modern. The breakfast was great! The Hotel has a nice swimming pool and two small whirl pools you can use. It was a great stay overall! Diękuje bardzo!

Personnel did not speak English, equipment in the gym was out of service (cardio machines), no variety on breakfast. Thanks god they had eggs.

Breakfast restaurant staff not very friendly, it was not possible to adjust A/C temp/airflow, poor WiFi signal or no signal at all, poor tv signal, shower didn't allow for an easy temp regulation.

Location, upgraded spa facilities, nice breakfast, big room, overall 5 star upgrade since last visit. Very friendly reception staff and cleaning ladies.

To expensive,very polish,slow internet and stuck in the eighties decor. No smart tv, no international tv choices. Not a 5 stat hotel in my experience. Bad mattress,bad curtains very light in the room. Will choose an other option in ostroda.

A lot of things. Smiling? English speaking employees? A real spa?

So many restrictions I did not understand why I was there. When going to the spa, I made an allergic reaction to the dangerous scrub "imagined and created" by the personal staff. If you can afford, go somewhere else.

They join two beds to create one single double bed. This equals to the worst possible sleep experience for a couple. The rooms are plane, like in a Holiday Inn or Best Western.

Great location by the lake. Spacious room. Nice pool. Good breakfast.

Some small items in the room were not as they should have been, e.g. a cupboard door would not stay closed and the curtains at the big window near the bed were not quite wide enough. Some wines that were shown on the menu were not available on the night. The breakfast did not include some things that we like, e.g. toast and jam, individual yoghurts, bacon and naleszniks (pancakes).

Excellent location. The rooms and communal areas had had a facelift since our last visit 2 years' ago. The swing chair on the balcony. The trattoria restaurant had a good menu.

multimedia is awful! wifi - most of the time very weak signal. other times doesn't work at all. t.v - only polish channels, not even one English speaking channel. breakfast is very basic. Swimming pool is very small

People don't go to sleep at 22:00 so if they are on holidays they would like to have fun longer. Restaurant in the hotel should be open longer. Minibar should be full. If you offer lake view don't put people to the room with parking view.

Restaurants have horrible staff. Restaurants open till 21-22. There was a festival next to the hotel till 22:30. No chance to eat anything after in then hotel and the area. Empty minibar. My room lake view was parking view. The rest is fine.

Sauna was not working, which was frustrating, because spa was the main criteria when selecting a hotel. As a result we didn’t receive what we wanted, just a pool and jacuzzi.

Breakfast is good and variable. Location is beautiful, but there is no private territory around the hotel that is why it was very noisy in the night, as some people were partying just under our windows, which made the night sleepless.

Had to be up at 4am for work, literally got 2 hours sleep. Mega loud concert opposite, followed by hours of rowdy people/teenagers singing, revving souped up cars. We should have been warned or moved to a quieter side.
