Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesWonderful place, tucked away in what feels like a magical forest leading to a beautiful beach. Definitely luxurious and very kids friendly. Multiple pools, plenty of space for walks and close to great beach away from crowds. Wonderful and friendly staff.

LithuaniaWe stayed for 3 nights, but the maids never managed to find the time to clean our room, even though we were out for more than half the day, usually at the beach or by the hotel pool. However, we would find a note saying they tried to come, for example at 3:45 p.m.… but where were they before noon? The hotel has 2 buildings. In the first building there are swimming pools, a sauna, rooms and the reception. In the other building there are the main breakfast and dinner restaurant, swimming pools, a sauna, the spa area and another reception. So if you stay in the first building, you need to go outside to get to the restaurant or other facilities. In summer it’s fine, but in autumn or winter it might be inconvenient to go outside between the buildings. The beach is very wide and nice, but although in the hotel’s photos it looks like it is right next to the property, in reality you can only reach it through certain forest and dune paths, which makes the walk to the beach longer.
The breakfast and dinner self-service buffet was very good. There were enough sunbeds by the pool. This hotel is very friendly for families and dogs.

SlovakiaThere was a private event, which meant loud music until 11pm in a supposedly family-friendly hotel. The spa is okay, but rather small for that it is called a spa hotel. Jacuzzi is available only in one of the houses, so you have to go outside. The restaurant is also situated in only one of the houses (the other one), we were off season, so ot was alright, but it gets crowdy very quickly.
The hotel ia situated in beautiful landscape, around 10 minutes from the beach. Rooms are nice, food is wonderful. There is enough variety for vegetarians and there are few vegan options too. It is perfect for families - and there are lot of them. Also menu is suitable for kids and there are high chairs in the restaurant. Bike rental with child seat is also available. We enjoed walks in the nature and comfort of the hotel facilities.

PolandYou can not enter restaurant with dog despite the fact that the hotel treated as pet-priendly. The old destroyed buildings around the hotel and on the way to the beach create a not very pleasant atmosphere.
Beautiful building and gardens, wonderful spa and staff.

United StatesWe liked everything and wished we could have stayed longer. The only thing I would say is that in the 2 room accommodations it would be great if the extra space in the bedroom was used to have a foldout chair that can be turned into a single person bed for a child. On site parking was convenient but for a fee, the price of the room should include parking. Otherwise everything was great.
The hotel was in a great location, with a nice short walk through the forest to the beach. We enjoyed both pools. The restaurant had a very nice breakfast. The staff was super accommodating. The town is about a 20-25 minute walk which was very enjoyable. On site parking was convenient but for a fee.

PolandPool is relatively small as for such big hotel, however during our stay it was not overcrowded. Might be a drawback in high season.

PolandA lot of hotel guests were with toddlers and only a few umbrellas for sunbeds. So, too many people were trying to find a shade on the grass under the tries. Moreover, children animation takes place on the grass under the tries too. So, it was not convenient for both sides to spend time. Also, too many insects (including mosquitoes) for relax.
The hotel and its territory look very pleasant and modern. Good not overcrowded beach near. Great variety of food for breakfast. Warm pool inside is also very nice thing to have. Pet friendly

PolandThe entire territory around the hotel is not really under care and cleaning Room cleaning is needed some reminders to make it better or not miss ,shower cabin is new but already lost initial colour, requiring good domestic producs Parking is for extra payment and also laundry. Expectations that this level of hotel provides it as part of entire service Small rooms and bathroom, long corridors with low ceilings creates sense of claustrophobia Lack of ventilation in the bathroom Lack of bedside table, just stump. Not clear where to put private staff as like book, phone, medicine, cosmetic
The hotel is placed in very good place, around forest, near the sea, out of city noise and crowd. Very good breakfast Swimming pools and jacuzzi are very good and the opening hours are split for family with kids and some time for adults Interesting programs with singers All day animations for kids Very good noise isolation in the rooms Bar on the hotel territory with some pizza and drinks The restaurant menu is very nice

PolandStaff not well trained being so young ( some exceptions are fortunately) ! A very confused and not well managed breakfast offer , even lack of normal products that a 2 or 3* has a std ! I refrain to write about ridiculous things I have experienced! Cleaning came - after request- on 3rd day!
Good conditions on room and buildings we have used . But , for now , very pretentious and overpriced face the expectations ( infrastructure and support ) on a 4* resort.

United KingdomSmall rooms. Facilities not supporting number of people during bank holiday weekend. Average breakfast. Weird building set up with no simple access to the main lobby. Paid parking. Cleaning service not doing their job. We booked a room with balcony but we got a ground floor room with a mini terrace facing parking lot.
Hot steam sauna. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice decor. Perlage water. Good aircon/heating. Pleaseant liquid soap provided in bathroom. Nice gym/fitness room.

PolandIt was overcrowded. I understand that the children got some 'free' beds, so there was a ton of them. Even when there were sauna cabins it was hard to use because you couldn't get naked because someone had great idea that children should be able to access the "wellness" part of the hotel. The other point is that for adults there was not much entertainments (bar or snooker). The bikes renting was also very expensive, so they don't support any healthy activities. Also there are no discounts for hotel guests in their own restaurant (hotel next to this one had something like this -15% if you were the hotel guest). And the restaurant menu... There was nothing special in the menu, you can get any of the main dishes in any other place.
Hard to decide, there wasn't anything special about this place.
