Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lamp above the table was broken and non-isolated conductors were open. Not enough plates and bowls for four persons from our opinion.
Cozy and clean appartments. Nice design. Good location if you travel on A2 route. Games for children The host answers quickly.

I booked this place for 3 people; only 2 beds were made. The extra bedsheets were hidden in a wardrobe so I had to make the 3rd one by myself. Not enough electrical outlets but we managed. There was clear water damage on the bathroom ceiling.
Stayed one night in apartment no. 2; it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Free parking next to the building. Good water pressure in the shower.

The door of the apartment looks like its made of paper, it's possible to listen everything what sounds outside (don't need to be loud).
The apartment is small but had all we needed. Nice to have free parking nearby.

We had no idea that we had to enter a code to access the room or that it would be sent via email an hour after we booked it. We were at the location much sooner than that and had to rely on a helpful neighbor to contact the owner to get the entry code for us.

The only downside was no toiletries to take a shower... But I would still come back here anyway.
Comfortable, and clean. Great for travelling with children. Lidl not too far away for groceries shopping. Good facilities and free parking around.

WiFi internet connection was very poor. Thin walls and can hear everything from the corridor.
I liked clean rooms with modern look, clean and comfy beds. Smart TV with Netflix 💪

The bathroom does not have a shower, but there is a bath with a very low ceiling. It is possible to take a bath, but it is difficult to take a shower even for people who are not tall. There is no curtain. No towel hooks. No shower gel or shampoo. There is no coffee machine in the kitchen
Convenient location for transit travelers - close to the highway. Clean, stylish. There is everything you need for a stay of one or two nights. Designed for 2 persons. Spacious bathroom.

Everything was good with the property but it happened that the neighbours were partying until 2 am, so it disturbed our sleep and stay.
Property had 2 separate rooms so it worked really well for us as a family of 4. Nice kitchen, bathroom. All was clean, tidy and stylish. There was a free parking on site. Check in was very easy and smooth.

Initially it feels like a rural area until you get to the place. View from the balcony is to the car park. Make sure you check that you have received 2 codes to access the apartment. House consists of 6 apartments and you need a separate pin for the front entrance. In our apartment ceiling above the bath was so low that it was hard to shower standing up, but you can take a bath 😊
Great location just off the motorway. It is great for a short family stay, having a separate bedroom and a pull out sofa in the studio space with the kitchen. It has everything you need for a stay- nicely equipped kitchen, comfy sofa. In the apartment that we stayed in it had a balcony which is a great addition to the small space. The apartment also had a conditioner, which was a great bonus in the hot weather. Very close to the grocery shops.

It was a bit cold. Wnd the window open and therr was no AC or anything disposed to warm it up.

Missed hangers for coats, the sofa is not comfortable for sleeping.
Parking by the doors and contactless entrance was awesome, also nice to have breakfast in the terrace.
