The service in the restaurant and the bar. We were waiting for paying quite a substantial time in the restaurant and the day after we were waiting so long for having our order taken that we gave up. Regarding rooms I would prefer to have one bin in the room and not only a small one in the bathroom.
The location is absolutely genius when you want to visit the area of Targi Kielce. If we are going back once we will most likely choose the same hotel.

breakfast was a bit poor, the wi-fi just wasn't great. I went down for a beer one evening and waiting 5 minutes for a member of staff; however, no one ever appeared. The bar was busy, so maybe it was just bad timing on my part but there were other staff around who could see they had people waiting.
Hotel was fantastic location as I was attending a trade show which was literally across the street.

Location (big silo's in the back, not many restaurants or shops nearby to buy snack or have dinner. No shampoo provided in bathroom. Parking available but needs maintenance.
Quiet location (during weekend, as close to a congress center), very close to S7 motorway. Very comfortable room, spacious and well-designed. Airco worked well (30+ degrees outside at the time. Several non-polish tv channels (compared to other venues where there is sometimes none) Pets allowed, which is certainly a bonus. Very good restaurant (dinner/breakfast) Good value for money

it is in the middle of an industrial area so not much to look at in the locality.
The room was very quiet. I arrived late but the Restaurant still had time to produce a very tasty meal. very convenient for the motorway.

I stayed there on Saturday night and received a bonus, namely loud disco music lasting well past midnight. I am not sure if there ara any rooms where music can't be heard. As a rule, avoid staying in this facility if Saturday night music is not on your list.
Tasty breakfast, fresh products, good coffee. The room was clean and inviting, although on the small side.

In order to get hot water in the shower you had to put it on for close to 10 minutes, the same experience both days that we stayed. Maybe this was caused by the fact that most rooms seemed to be vacant and that they had put the boiler in some kind of save mode. That was not acceptable. The size of the room is good but left a feeling that it had seen better days.

The hotel was located in an industrial area with concrete plants and car dealerships nearby. There were no restaurants nearby nor sidewalks to walk on to other areas of the city. The room smelled like smoke upon check-in and there were many bleach mark stains up the carpet.
The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. If you need a place to spend the night - it'll do. I wouldn't aim to go there. Breakfasts were awful. Staff constantly away from their stations, had to constantly tour the place trying to find receptionists. Was invited to park the car at the hotel guests' parking. Was later charged for it. No prior warning. Got a room with the wrong beds, took 2 days to fix. Both rooms were not very clean, rooms had just body soap, towels, that's it. It was the most bare bones 4 star hotel I've ever been in, and clearly poorly run. can't recommend.
